Game changer for blepharitis
I stumbled upon the name of these eye drops via an online video, which were trialled and recommended by an eye specialist. I have struggled for over 10 years with the blurred vision and constantly sore, dry eyes blepharitis causes. I've tried countless eye drops and wipes, which only give very short-lived relief. I hoped these manuka honey gel drops might be better. They are expensive, and they do sting like mad for a minute or so when first applied. However, the difference they make to my vision and eye comfort is unbelievable! I only need one drop to each eye morning and evening - I can't actually believe the difference these have made to my quality of life! Previously, I would using prescription eye drops hourly, and cleaning my eyelids and lashes several times a day (to try to clear my blurry vision and help reduce the greasy residue left on the inside of my glasses). Now I clean my eyelids morning and night only with the anti-microbial hydroclorous acid 0.02% spray also recommended. These manuka honey gel eye drops are completely amazing and make my blepharitis manageable - worth their weight in gold!

DOn’t worry when you first put it in your eyes and the stinging doesn’t last long.
This is incredible for people suffering with blepharitis and it worked pretty much immediately but completely repaired my eyes within days. It really stings for the first couple of minutes and then feels normal. I was sceptical at first but this really works. I had tried everything to stop the pain and discomfort and this is the only thing that totally resolved the problem.

You should probably try this for blepharitis, MGD, dry eyes, Meiobian gland support
I am on day 3 of application, and I wish I didn't wait so long to try this. Around 10 weeks ago I awoke with the sensation of a bruised eye, heat and intense pain on the eyelids, which seemed to start at the inner corner and radiate its way around to underneath the eye. No eye discharge, no bloodshot white. I was checked by optician who said nothing wrong inside the eye, told me to treat with warm dry compress. After another few weeks the eye had 'calmed down' but I was receiving 4 days of relief, and then the pain would start again. Optician said this time blocked meiobian glands, and to massage the lids, warm compresses and use dry eye drops until the glands started to flow again. The eye was beginning to become slightly red and bloodshot at the lower lid edge outside. The discomfort had me try castor oil in the eye (what a relief!) then colloidal silver which seemed to help with the slight redness, and the hot packs have to be managed on a day to day basis. Too much heat or too many hot packs a day cause a counter problem of overdryness, it takes delicate balance. Am also using intermittant lid scrub wipes, again finding a balance with these. Wet cotton bud, put some manuka gel on it, then smear along the lower lid margin and close the eyes. It does sting, but it's not as bad as you think because as soon as the eye starts to create the tearflow, the relief is immense. Although my pain symptom has only been in one eye, I am treating both with this gel. The whites have cleared up, the oil flow seems better; it's flowing better from the one hot compress in the morning, after lid massage and blurry for a few minutes and this takes the strange pressure/pain/bruised feeling away. I have ordered the drops also, as I read those support the meiobian glands to heal and flow better. I am also taking 4 krill oil capsules, 6 omega7 sea buckthorn berry and have just ordered from flax farm some organic cold pressed flaxseed oil. I believe this will support the eyes in the longer term. Additional vitamin D with k2. I will update here in a few months time. Although I do not want to become dependent on these products, it would be great if I could gain relief and natural healing to assist my body to get back to balance in the eyes. Good luck! Seller had very fast posting, received within 2 days of ordering. Edited to add check out Nulids device and gel: its totally a gamechanger for my dry eye problems, is expensive but I've stopped using drops multiple times a day

Overpriced and stings like hell
Just couldn't persist with this - eyes flooded with tears immediately on application - not really my idea of relieving dry eye!

Refreshing and moisturising
I use it at nighttime only as it does make your eyes quite sticky! Very stingy when you first put it in your eye, but does ease after a minute or so. Makes my eyes feel fresh and moisturised.

Half empty, painful and expensive
The tube arrived half empty, I didn’t send it back as I actually believed it might be the answer, once and for all, for my dry eyes. It stung, but I persevered for three nights, a drop in each eye, I actually thought my eyes would get use to it. So, after six drops I decided to not use it. Now it is nearly empty and I feel cheated, it was expensive and I wish I had returned it.
