Recessed Toilet Paper Holder, Double Roll Toilet Tissue Holder for Bathroom Remodel, in Wall Toilet Paper Niche Modern Style (Matte Black)

I haven't had the chance to install this yet. However, I can say that the build quality is very nice. I expect once I have it installed I'll be very happy with it. The paint on it which is matte black already matches my other fixtures very nicely.One problem I think I may run into is that I live in a house that has some 2x3 walls. This means the box for this product may stick out a bit once installed. My plan is to make a small wood frame to make up for the difference with trim. Hopefully I'll be wrong about that.The biggest thing that made me want this is that it will keep me from having a floor stand to hold my toilet paper taking up space. This should be out of the way and compact.It looks like it will be easy to use. As I said before, it is well made. The spring loaded toilet paper holders have that same look. You have 2 of these with the option not to use one or either. This whole thing could just be used as a small shelf. Pretty neat all around.

Just too big for my needs!Second boxed opening also has the springed roll holder, didn't want to see the holder holes Nice if you were planning to use wet wipes for the second box-carve out but you still see the spring holder holes when the second one not in use just too much for a personal residential bathroom, unless you know you have "lazies" that don't change the roll out...over not under ...

The Good:Sturdy metal build, simplistic and functional design, nice finish, holds 2 rolls of toilet paper or 1 roll and one shelf.The Bad: This was in no way made for an easy installation. The unit is a single piece; there is no back holder or any predrilled holes. The installation seems to rely on either a tiled wall or a fire break or horizontal brace between the studs. The wall that I wanted to install on has neither and the only other wall is an outside wall that is not 4" deep.I'm going to have a friend that is a handyman take a look and figure out the best way to install this safely.Please don't get me wrong, this is not the seller's fault, it is mine for not researching a bit more. I like this holder; I just wish the manufacturer would have added side tension clips or another way to attach it to drywall. I'll try to remember to update this review once I have it installed.

Nice upgrade from our old dated tissue holder. Looks good and way to install. Works well and has nice style. Fit perfectly. Love the modern black. Good value.

Installation was straightforward enough, but the installation instructions did not cover installing in an existing wall. I installed this on a wall that had shiplap over drywall. I cut the hole right next to the stud on one side, but I had to put backing inside the wall on the other side. I did not box the whole thing out—just the sides. I applied caulk/adhesive to the sides and around the flange that pushes up against the outside part of the wall. It is very secure. Use the back of the unit to trace a template on cardboard to do the cutout. Then it will fit perfectly. It is great to have the space to store an extra roll. It has a commercial look to it, but my wife really wanted it to get things up and out of the way. I'm happy with the product overall.

Wanna know who is really using the most toilet paper? — assign one roll to him and one to her, and now you know!In all seriousness, we didn't want the ugly traditional toilet paper holder the simply hangs on the wall. We also hated that we had gotten in the habit of keeping 1 to 2 rolls sitting on the top of the toilet basin.I saw this and had to get it. The unit itself seems well made — has good weight and nice seams. Installation was really simple — just draw a outline, use a hand drywall saw and insert the holder. Took my wife maybe 15 minutes to do the installation. We were a little afraid it would look too "commercial", but we actually like it and love have two rolls available.Highly recommend!

Ok first let me tell you about my likes. Dual bay, one I can use for toilet paper other I can use for small items or leaving my phone there. The material is metal and feels very sturdy. The recess mount is a huge space saver! My only knock is that the pole for holding the toilet paper is a bit thin and flimsy; it is metal, but doesn't seem very refined or well-made.

This paper holder has an industrial or even institutional look and feel. Not cozy or elegant. I'm also scratching my head about the mounting method. It has no screw holes and should be glued to the substrate. It might work for concrete or tile walls, but I wouldn't want to glue to drywall.
