The best product I have ever found and used. Exceeds all expectations for application and service. Have purchased and applied over 30 cans to wooden staircases and boardwalks this past year, and continue to do so into this year (2026). Do need to use roller for application o obtain best results. Excellent coverage and easy cleanup as it is water based. Cans have secondary retaining rings for the lids to prevent leakage. Excellent pricing for this quality of product. Only negative is the carrier apparently dropped one of the shipping boxes containing 4 cans in 4 inner boxes and damaged 3 cans enough to release the retainer rings, open the cans and spill the contents into the inner boxes. Cans are not resealable for return and am awaiting amazon/supplier to either replace or refund. Note: first order for 8 cans never arrived as the product was damaged and returned by amazon. Amazon notified me, refunded purchase and I reordered. From that point on multiple shipments arrived intact until this one.

Excellent product, could use faster shipping. Will buy again

This is a very quality product the one thing I will say it doesn't brush a roll easy but if you use a plastic squeegee you can cover much more space and a very quick time

Great product with the perfect amount of grit. I had to apply 2 coats but it was worth it. The only issue is that I purchased the camel color and it looks very gray. Like freshly poured concrete.

Used this to fix an outdoor porch floor that got slippery when wet. Gave 2 coats as recommended and it fixed the problem. It was cheaper than having a professional come in and coat the floor
