Revised review due to amazing customer service!
**Update 11/2/25 After reaching out to the company they are sending me a replacement at no cost! So due to that I am giving them the rating I believe they deserve for taking care of their customers.** I bought this monitor and camera set 6 months ago based on the good reviews. This is a fairly pricy set and today my monitor totally crashed. It just had a software update about a week ago. Now without WiFi it’s totally useless. I am very upset and of course the return window is already over. I recommend this set to all 5 of my sisters in law 3 of which are looking for a good monitor set. I will be telling them not to bother and I hope this review helps others as well. I am really upset about this happening because before this I really loved this setup.

DEJO DE SERVIR A LOS 2 MESES DE USO
El equipo funcionó 2 meses y después el monitor ya no prende la pantalla, ya no me sirve si no tiene video... Tuve un monitor Vtech similar y uncionó muy bien, aqui el detalle es que el monitor no se conecta al WIFI y no se puede cambiar la configuración como se hacia en otras versiones... Las cámaras si las puedes ver por WiFi pero el monitor si tiene que estar conectado directo a las cámaras.

Tiene 2 meses que lo compre y ahora la pantalla no se ve, solo se escucha. Es una lástima por que de verdad q me había gustado

Free app, patrol mode and wall mounts
Great baby cam, this is my third. You can do patrol mode to switch between rooms, or manually switch. The app is also great and it’s free. The app allows you to see movement history so I easily know when my baby woke up from his last nap which helps with his nap schedule & sleepy cues. The box includes two wall mounts which are great too.

Connectivity kinda sucks, but the APP use is great!
If it weren’t for the camera view via the app, I would be very disappointed in this product. I could not get the camera and parent unit to connect directly (without WiFi) and while connected to WiFi, the connectivity is terrible. We’ve not have any connectivity issues throughout our property with any other device. I believe due to the connectivity issues, the parent unit screen often goes in/out of focus causing the screen to go white for a brief period of time. I’ve also noticed a delay if I am in the basement right under her room. If baby cries the monitor is about a second or two behind. Pros: The view is very clear compared to our previous monitor. The camera to app view works amazing!
