I’m of a petite female frame and the weights cuff around my ankles comfortably during my pilates sessions. It takes some manoeuvring to change out the weights/bags but it’s not too difficult. I have been using these ankle weights for my workouts and I’m honestly very satisfied with the purchase. The material feels really sturdy and well-made not cheap at all. The stitching and straps are strong, and they sit comfortably on both ankles and wrists. They’re super easy to wear and adjust, and they don’t slip while walking or exercising. I mainly use them for walking and home workouts, and they definitely add that extra resistance I was looking for. Overall, totally worth the money. Excellent works for my workout no probs.

Wanted some ankle weights to my walks, so I decided on these ones. I like that I can adjust the weight on each side. It is a little bit hard to put the sand bags back into place but I don't mind it too much. So far, the only issue I have is that the thread is coming out on the bottom but that doesn't bother me. It's easy to use. I can get a little bit uncomfortable for me if I don't place it correctly on or adjust it before I tighten it. It's not that bulky, but not slim either. Don't mind this product, does what it's supposed to.
