QNK 4KW 5.5HP 220V AC 17A VFD Converter Single to 3 Phase Inverter Variable Frequency Drive for CNC Spindle Motor Speed Controller White

I picked this up to run an Enco 3 hp vertical mill. After spending some time with the manual, I hooked it up without issue on the first try. My mills runs buttery smooth without hesitation. I like the ability to vary the speed with the turn of a dial. I remote mounted the VFD on the front of the mill for easy access. The included cable was just long enough to reach from the back of the mill to the face plate I made for the front by the master switch. I would and did buy again. Picked a 25 amp unit up for my 3 phase table saw I just drug home from an auction.

Using this on a 3hp 3phase motor on an old lagun mill. Has been working great so far. Easy to do variable speed with. Probably one solution for those folks who have variable speed pulleys which don’t work correctly anymore.

Exactly what I needed

This is the 5th. one I have bought , and they all worked flawlessly. I use them on wood shapers, and lathes. Never a problem. I use the 5hp. rated ones on 3hp. motors with great success. Will buy more when needed.

Had it wired in and it wouldn’t power up the machine. Wasn’t able to have it wired in immediately and they wouldn’t send a replacement. Was issued a return and was charged a “restocking fee” to send it back just outside of the 30 days.

I feel dumber every time I read it. I’ve read it 12 times and now people are giving me crayons and calling me “little buddy”. How this manual ever made it to print is baffling. It is like someone had AI go through a dictionary and just scatter every word known to man and put them in this manual. I’m serious, this is sad that this is what comes with something that could kill you if wired wrong. Returning for sure.

Quite a waste of time. It looks like it's made for 50hz and here in the US we have 60hz.
