Well made sturdy gloves

For the price it does the job.

Don’t recommend for Sunday league. I’ve maybe used these gloves around 6 times. That’s 4 training sessions and 2 matches and they are already falling to bits. The grip isn’t good after the first training even though I clean it exactly how the instructions say. I am getting very close to needing new gloves again. So I do not recommend these gloves

The gloves are colourful, and my 10yr old son loved his birthday gift. They were strong enough to protect his fingers which have got injured previously as he is the goalkeeper. So highly recommended using these gloves.

Wore the gloves for 2 games latex grip is excellent one problem all the stitching around the thumb area has unravelled

Great gloves, perfect fit and finger saves are sturdy. Size 6 fits our 12 yr old perfect. Will be buying another pair 👍

Those gloves fit perfectly on hands and around all fingers. The grip is good (only wore them a few times, so time will tell how long it will last) and when facing some close range shoots, no stinging is felt. The finger safe plates however are very sharp on the edges and the insulation of the top part of the glove that separates the finger from the plate is very thin. When boxing out the shot and clenching the fist, the sharp plates edges graze my knuckles till they bleed. However, it has saved my palm knuckles from massive bruises and swelling, which was always the sore case for me. I’ve only worn the gloves at couple of occasions and they’re already grazed on the finger tips and bottom of my palms, which is very weird considering we only play on natural grass, so I wonder how long are these gloves gonna last. Important for me is that they fit really well, they give me confidence at catching the ball firmly instead of just diverting the shot and that they have finger safe option. I think if the plastic plates get taped around by some textile tape, the sharpness of the edges might be resolved. Worth the price gloves!

I wanted these GK Saver Alpha Series Argo gloves in Size 8 for my 14 year old relation we are both impressed with them. He finds the fit snug and comfortable – they have a negative cut design that gives a close connection to the ball without feeling restrictive. I prefer that they don’t have finger spines as this seems to allow more natural hand movement and flexibility when catching and distributing the ball. The grip is excellent, after following the recommendation to pre-wash before first use, the 4mm German latex palm provided strong grip in both dry and damp conditions. This helped his handling, catching, and punching during his training sessions and matches. The wrist strap gives good support and keeps the gloves firmly in place, while the neoprene backhand is comfortable and breathable. The padding offers decent protection without making the gloves feel bulky. A storage bag is included; this helps keep the gloves clean between uses. Overall, these are great gloves that offer good value at their price point.
