You get what you pay for.
It is fairly thin I doubled up a cutout for my welding cart and then glued them on a cardboard template for rigidity and slid it in. Don't use dull cutters my toolbox came out worse when I tried

Great way to complete a toolbox
Thick durable material. Fits perfectly in my truck bed toolbox without cutting down. Color is black like shown. Feels kind of like a thick foam material. After putting in the toolbox items seem to shift around less. Liner stays in place and hasn’t moved or rolled up. Good price to improve a toolbox.

Product quality is dropping
I ordered this in September and December and the December product is considerably thinner and flimsier than what I got in September.
