I’ve heard the thin ribbon breaks often without any duress. Anyone else seeing that? Mine did and I’ve used them 4 times sitting in a chair?!!!

I've had mine for 6 months without a performance issue. I didn't realize it until I got them but they were (renewed) not sure it that meant repaired or not, but the case seemed to small. The price was right, and they sounded great. I actually rotate between 3 different sets always keeping one set charged. Like you I'm normally sitting or doing things around the house. Maybe you can get a replacement. Sorry that's all I got.

What is the best earbud available

I purchased mine a year ago and love them. They are the longest lasting earbuds I have purchased in years. I do not use for music so I can not attest to the quality but for listening to books and phone conversations, they are great.
