Broken handle issue
I purchased this item for my Grandaughter in June 2025 and she loved it. Unfortunately the handle has come away from the bag which I find very disappointing after such a short time of using it. Not sure if it was faulty or defective in some way but I have reordered it today as she loves the design so much. I enclose pictures for consideration of a full refund for my purchase in June 2025 and hope the one I’ve just ordered is more resilient.I look forward to hearing from you.

Nice bag but smells like mold
I love the color of this bag, but sadly I am returning it. When I opened the box there was an overwhelming smell like mold, I put it outside to air out, still smelled like mold. If it was not for that one problem, I would have kept the bag, it really is nice 😕

Surprised by the quality

BEAUTIFUL AND ROOMY.
Super nice bag, the material is sturdy but soft and doesn't flop over. I absolutely love the colors, plenty of room for all my necessities. Has no weird chemical smell which is nice!
