Can this fold up in any position in the rotation? Or does it have to be in center location. Need to be able to fold when rotated to one side.

Hello! Thank you for your inquiry! With the MOUNT-E-FD70S, it can be folded up in any position, you just need to make sure when mounting that there is going to be enough room to rotate all the way to the left and the right. If ever you need to recalibrate the mount it will swing all the way to the left and all the way to the right. VIVO Customer Support

What are the commands to control it with Alexa thanks

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry on the MOUNT-E-FD70S! Unfortunately, this mount would not be able to be controlled with any alternative controller as this only works with the RF remote which comes with the mount. Thank you! VIVO Customer Support
