The fiber itself is great: flavourless, mixes well with drinks, smoothies, etc. Doesn't clump up. Does what fiber is supposed to do. Excellent product in that regard. But it's so expensive! It's easily 5x more expensive than other types of fiber, and the fact that you can't buy it in a bulk pack and measure out your own amount is incredibly wasteful. You're putting a lot of trash in a landfill with this product, and I wish they had better options. If there was a bulk pack it would be cheaper for them to produce, which could lower costs as well. UPDATE: They've added a single-container scoop option, which I was happy to see...but it's still almost the same price ($5.29 per ounce from $5.69 per ounce on the individual packs). From an environmental waste perspective, this is a big improvement. But cost-wise? It's still 4-5x more expensive than other fibers. Hopefully as the company grows they can drive that cost down more.

I've been using this GLP-1 booster powder supplement for about three weeks, and here are my thoughts: It works (for me, at least). I put a scoop of it in my morning coffee along with a collagen powder and fiber powder. I didn't notice any results/difference in my appetite unit the end of the second week using it. I also started by taking half of a scoop each day for the first week since I didn't know how it was going to affect my stomach. So far, I've had no stomach issues, but I don't feel any of the digestion benefits yet. It doesn't mix well with coffee, which it does say on the container itself. This would be great to mix into overnight oats or chia pudding. The majority of it sinks to the bottom of my mug, so I give it a little swirl before I drink it all down. It has an oatey flavor that I like, but it is a bit grainy feeling. Overall, I like it. A lot of my food noise has died down, and I do feel fuller longer. However, the price kills me. I got my canister when it was on sale for $20, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay full price for continuing with the supplement. The price is my only gripe for the amount of product you get.

I started taking this about 4 days ago and noticed a drastic decrease in my appetite. The food noise is gone and I feel full all day. I have not experienced any stomach issues and I usually have a pretty sensitive stomach. Highly recommend.
