True review , Bought it December 18,2025 . I experienced my first seb derm flare at 15, I’m now 31 dealing with it much better than before . My issue this time around was treating the scaling and dryness after shampooing since I’ve been able to keep the buildup to a minimum with selenium sulfide shampoo or salicylic acid shampoo combined with a scalp scrubber. I was using aloe Vera for dryness but that kept the dry scaling at bay for only 1 day . I posted this review on my first day of using Royce derm, I’ve seen a major improvement with keeping the dry scaling away but also giving my natural pigment within one use since It spread around my scalp and hairline . First day I used it and it’s worth every dollar , quality is amazing and it works for real . I was definitely skeptical because seb derm is such a benign condition but I mean it when I say complete difference on the first day . I do advise using it 2 or 3 times for the first day , but again it’s my first day using it and I’m confident it’s going to work out. Edit December 22,2025 I’m pretty much back to normal skin again. I’m using Royce derm twice a day . Still keeping up with my shampoo regimen T/Gel or Selenium sulfide.

I have been struggling w psoriasis for almost 20 yrs. I’ve been taking meds for it past 10. I finally quit those because I was getting so so so sick and started TCM. But my scalp psoriasis was CRAZY bad. I happened to come across a TTr who suggested. All I gotta say is, it is worth every penny!!! Every penny!!! I stopped losing my hair AND the red and scales are going away. I’m only on day 4. Buy it. Wash scalp as best as possible, put this on then blow dry as usual. Because damp is not our friend. Lol

I have been using this on my head for three weeks. Today, for the first time in what I think is years, I have no bumpy psoriasis on my head! This is a wonderful, light cream. I put it on at night, and then rinse it out in the morning, I’ve also started using the shampoo for the past two weeks. My head is clear. I strongly recommend this. I have used other products with very limited success, but this one worked great.

So I have had redness on my face for years now. A doctor suggested it may be rosacea but no official diagnosis. This cream got rid of the redness in a few days, but gave me really bad acne all over my chin and around my nose after about a week of use. I hadn't had acne in 20 years lol. I stopped the cream and the acne went away. I tried again a month later and acne result. It was nice to not be red, but the acne was worse for me so I don't use it anymore. My husband swears by it for spots on his face under his mustache that he believes is seborrheic dermatitis though. So it works BUT may cause you side effects.

I kid you not. If this face cream were to be discontinued, I would cry. My face is SO acne prone, yet easily dehydrated that I could not find a cream that wouldn't cause me to break out and/or could properly hydrate my skin. I was always having to combine two moisturizers or a moisturizer with glycerin. I do not have to do that with this one, though! The ingredients and texture are literal perfection and I will (hopefully!!) never be without it!

My family has been getting seborrheic dermatitis around each season change recently & I tried the typical "go to" products, didn't phase my skin issues. I believe it actually made it worse. But I stumbled upon Roycederm and after trying the shampoos & conditioners, also tea tree bar soaps, we all had visible improvements after first use!!!! Then I found this facial product! My skin cleared up overnight! My husband NEVER sticks with any regimen, but he uses only these products now & I catch him telling his friends about them 😆. We're officially old to be this excited about dermatitis products 🤣 but IFKYK! When you have flare ups & find a product that actually does its job, you shout it from the roof tops! We subscribed to a set delivery schedule, that's how necessary this product & the others have become to our family!

Have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now, unfortunately haven't seen any improvements, does not cause any irritation though

I have been using Roycederm's Seborrheic Dermatitis & Psoriasis Face Cream for just over a week now. The scent is very mild and pleasant, and it moisturizes very well without being heavy or greasy. I have been using it in the morning to moisturize my face and neck following cleansing. It is worth the price, as it works well for my particular skin type. I recommend this product for individuals with dry, sensitive skin who are sensitive to other moisturizers or those with conditions such as psoriasis, like me. Most moisturizers I have tried in the past have clogged my pores and caused breakouts. So far, I have not had this issue with Roycederm Seborrheic Dermatitis & Psoriasis Face Cream.

So far so good it’s working, it’s been 5 days and all my red flakey skin has gone. Hopefully this will continue to work, but I’m hopeful. I’ve been using it twice a day after washing my face, and the good thing is its odes and doesn’t leave greasy skin. You can’t tell I’ve put it on.

Aren't you just so sceptical of people who say that a cream has helped after one day? Well I am.... but believe me it has happened to me. Obviously everyone's skin problem is unique to themselves but here's my story. I'm, let's say hmm over 50 🤔 and I've been blessed with really good skin but in the last little while I developed red, itchy, scaling around the lines around my nose and bumps around my hairline. My regular moisturizer didn't help so after some research I decided to give this baby a try. After one (1) day the itching stopped and the redness has gone. I'm using it every day, just on the problem areas on clean dry skin and my regular cream on the rest. No... I'm not getting paid for this 😊. I just want to thank this company.

For the first time in I can’t even remember how long, I don’t want to scratch my face off! After just one application my face feels more comfortable. I know that not everything works for everyone and I’ve tried just about everything going (apart from anything steroid based) and this is fantastic so far. It’s early days but I feel more hopeful now than I have for ages.

I've tried a few things over the years, none of which have been particularly useful. This stuff seems to do the trick, keeping the dry skin mostly at bay when used twice a day - it's a shame there's no magic fix for the condition, but this certainly helps. I used to have to shave my beard off when it got long, as the skin would get so bad it would itch like crazy, this cream seems to mostly stop that - I've not had any itching yet, anyway!

It doesnt work at all,inflamed my skin even more,made it red,itchy and swallen,unfortunately waste of money.Very disappointed.
