I was worried that the bands would fall off with normal wear and tear and cleaning, but I've had no problems whatsoever. Only downside are the finger prints on the stainless steel, but not much you can do about that.

they have glue (where they glued the stainless to the glass jar) along the edges of a couple of the canisters. The glue actually broke free on one, so the stainless part slides down, and one of the lids doesn't thread on correctly. If I would have purchased this is a store, I would have tried to exchange them for a neater set, where all the lids screwed on tightly. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or what.

Canister are a nice look to the kitchen counter and have a good seal. Heavy and durable, would recommend to anyone looking for the sleek modern look.

these glass containers with metal sleeves glued on aren't worth what the asking price. seems to be fairly sturdy glass with metal sleeves glued on. some of the sleeves were loose and would slide around on the glass after opening. also the metal seems to have a questionable edge where i don't want my daughter using them for fear she will cut her hand if not holding it properly. i would recommend you look at a different product as this one isn't safe.

they look good and I like them, but they could of been made a little better. they need better lids as well

Nice canisters and very good looking. I just wish they were a little bigger, but I still really like them.

These canisters were just what I was looking for. I was searching high and low in the local stores and found these online with Amazon, bought them on the spot. Wife loves them too!
