I have been using it for a few days already and everything is working good so far

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A16 to use with Rizz Wireless, and it’s been a great experience so far. The phone is quick, the display is bright, and the battery lasts all day. For the price, it’s more than enough for calls, texts, email, and everyday apps, no complaints. I used a physical SIM from Rizz Wireless (not an eSIM), and setup was super easy. Just popped it in, restarted the phone, and everything worked right away. Rizz runs on the T-Mobile network, so the coverage and data speeds have been solid. What makes this even better is Rizz’s Rizzentials rewards, I’m literally earning points every time I talk on the phone. I’ve already redeemed some for Starbucks and Ulta gift cards, and even used rewards to cover part of my phone bill. If you’re looking for a dependable, affordable phone to use with a smart wireless plan, this combo really works.

The last several (3 or 4?) cell phones I had were all LG and I was thrilled with them. The Samsung A15 had a little bit of a learning curve but not a lot. And I've come to love it. It does all that I need and is a great phone.

PEFECT PHONE NO ISSUES. I WAS A BIT SKEPTICAL FROM A FEW REVIEWS BUT ITS FANTASTIC!! MAYBE ON A DIFFERENT FREQUENTCY BECAUSE ITS A INTERNATIONAL PHONE, THEY USE A DIFFERENT FREQUENTCY THAN HERE IN THE U.S. IVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS NO DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE FROM T MOBILE STORES FOR THE DOUBLE THE PRICE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THIS ONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHONE. NO ISSUES AT ALL.
