Works but light is on
Wired to a Ring Doorbell Plus. I learned a lot. First, the Ring doorbell still needs the battery installed despite the hard wired power. Second, it charges very slow but it does charge. Third, the led light around the push button stays on all the time. I understand I should add a resistor or diode but those instructions were not given. Still, the unit is working and was easy to install.

Ring Devices sometimes need 24 volt power
Did the trick with my 3 Ring devices. My old transformer was an undersized16 volt

DEAD in less than four months! DO NOT BUY!
DEAD in less than four months. I purchased this to replace an earlier VIIVRIA transformer, which I had installed to power my Ring doorbell. Both transformers died in a few months. I am heading to Lowe's to buy something more reliable.

Perfect replacement upgrade and works well!
Fast shipping, works great. I had a underpowered transformer (10VA) that was installed in a new build house by the builder. Upgraded and I installed this model and it solved all my issues with my Ring video doorbell (Ring app said I was under powered) and my actual doorbell ringer that would sort of buzz at real low volume with original transformer powering it.
