In car privacy! (Private baby feeding anyone?) Reduces in car heat by OVER 50 percent!!
When paired with a front windshield shade -(I prefer the EzyShade Windshield TWO PIECE windshield shade) this combo will give you super privacy in your car and will reduce heat too! How about NURSING BABY or expressing privately in your car? Awesome! Eat a meal, take a nap, surf on your phone, in privacy, CHANGE CLOTHES! In my opinion, using these easy to install and remove side shades coupled with a front windshield shade reduces felt car heat by 70%! The panels are fabric with a reflective side and a graphic printed side of “water spots.” Having experimented with the panels, the only effective option is to put them up reflective side facing out. The panels hold in place with small sewn in magnets. Attach the magnets directly to your upper door and let it hang....or my preference...install the panels in the door frame by sticking them onto the metal door frame. The bottom has no magnets, so the panels hang like curtains. Fit is “general” so there is no way they can be a perfect fit for all windows. This just means there will be very small areas of glass that are not totally blocked. Believe me, these panels block so much heat that it’s surprisingly good. And I’ve found even with gaps, there is still plenty of privacy as you sit in your car. The reason I like putting up these panels on the inside door frame is it allows you to have your doors open for ventilation if you choose, and still have a measure of privacy from the curtains. I’ve included a photo of it at night also. You can see that it also helps conceal whatever valuables you might have in your car by simply making it difficult to see inside. Perhaps burglars may move on! I can’t say enough about these panels! Every vehicle owner should have them to reduce heat and to give you privacy. Of course, you can’t drive with them installed...so I timed myself putting them on and taking them down. Each window took on average TEN SECONDS to magnet into place, and about 3 seconds to pull off the window, fold and stow in a door pocket. Not bad for the benefits you get to have a cooler car! (Install and removal for the mentioned windshield screen took about TEN SECONDS) Making for an amazing combo that gives wonderful in vehicle privacy and a heat reduction of about 70%!!

Works exactly as expected!
These are awesome!! I don't know how anyone wouldn't give them a 5 star rating, they're exactly what you would expect... They stick to the window/door magnetically, they're super easy to put up on the window, and they completely block out the hot sun! I have to pick up my kids from school and one gets out a half hour earlier than the other so I have to park and wait in this car line along the school and it's the exact time of day where the sun is BEAMING on the driver's side and cooks me alive even with the air conditioning on, I get so hot, so this totally fixed that issue. My only complaint with it is that there are no magnets along the bottom of it so it kinda just hangs there, but you can kinda tuck it into the window so you block out that little bit of light. I'll probably just sew in a couple magnets in the bottom section so I don't have to tuck it. Other than that, A+

Could have been a hit! Update: IS a hit!!
The other day I was thinking, "I've got to review these sun shades, these are great!". Took me a little while to get around to it and I guess that was a good thing because now I'm returning them. They were awesome and exactly what I wanted. It's not easy to find ones that block the sun as opposed to filtering it. And the universal fit actually fit pretty darn good on two very different vehicles. A '07 Camry and '13 Ford Edge SUV. Not perfect, but darn good coverage for a universaly sized shade. The magnets worked great, install was quick and easy to put on and shift around until I could get the best coverage. But it was the magnets that ultimately failed. They started shifting around in the seem. That meant some spots were secured extra well and other spots were not secure at all and it would sag. I'm not sure if they were meant to be loose in the seem or if they were glued in place and the heat of the sun caused the glue to fail? At least I can return 'em. The search continues for something similar that might hold up better... UPDATE: As usual, Amazon's return process has become quick and simple, but I ultimately chose to keep the sun shades. I had ordered a competitor's set and found the quality in the seems to be much worse than this brand. I also learned from further shopping that the magnets are designed to be moved around through the seem to get a better fit for each application. I'll up it to 4 stars because even though it's a good idea, once the magnets are positioned, the item offers no way to keep 'em where you want 'em. My wife suggested a safety pin, I may put a stich in the seem on either side of the magnets once positioned. I think it will be worth it because these definitely are higher quality than the competitor's I just bought. A word to those who are complaining they don't fit their car / SUV perfectly. These are a UNIVERSAL fit. The odds of a PERFECT seal is a million to one. To be a Universal fit, they can only cover MOST of the window. If you're looking for a perfect fit, I believe I've seen similar sun shade designed for SPECIFIC vehicles, but odds are you pay a lot more for that. I prefer the 90% coverage of the Universal fit, not just for the cost savings, but the ability to move 'em from my car to my wife's when needed.

Great shade and privacy—blocks heat and view perfectly
I picked these up mainly to block sunlight and add privacy to the backseat, and they’ve been exactly what I was hoping for. The double thickness material gives excellent shade—especially during peak sun hours—and really cuts down the heat. What stood out to me most was how well it also blocks visibility from the outside, which was my main goal. The material feels durable, not flimsy like some cheaper versions, and the dark mesh has a clean, low-profile look that doesn’t scream “kid accessory” or make the car look cluttered. The fit was just right on my SUV windows, and the elastic design makes them easy to slip on and off without dealing with suction cups or adhesives. They also fold down nicely for storage when not in use—great if you don’t want to leave them up all the time. If you’re looking for effective sun protection with a bit of privacy and a sleek appearance, this is a solid pick.

Magnets don’t work but blocks sun well
I have a 2020 F150 and for some reason this does not stick to the door AT ALL. I have to either wedge it in between the window or the door when closing it. Giving it 3 stars because it does a decent job of blocking the heat down once it’s up.

Awesome Product! Great problem solver!
This is a genius product that I can't believe is not sold in stores. It uses magnets to secure a lightproof cover over back windows on the interior. I have a toddler who can only fall asleep for a nap while in the car. In the summer it was impossible to get the car dark enough for her to sleep. Since I only use it for about 30 minutes a day, I didn't want to permantly tint or darken my windows. Every other device sticks to the windows and either is not dark enough or falls off. Or, you can never open the back windows. This is great. Super dark. It does make driving more difficult, so please use caution and invest in some blind spot mirrors. I only drive in my neighborhood, but I still use extra caution. I drive a Kia Sorento and it covers the entire back windows. Also works on my smaller Jeep Patriot, but it gets closed in the door sometimes--no biggie. I try to install them high on the interior of the door anyway so it gets stuck in the door a little. This prevents toddlers from tearing it off when they want to look out. When I'm done using the covers I just stuff them in the side pocket of the doors for next time. They don't get wrinkled or damaged. I've even washed them and they came out fine (but the magnets did stick to the inside of the washer.) I'm buying a set for the front windows so I can leave my car parked in the sun in public without worry and lookie-loos. If I could make it a superior product I would add a little tab on the top so you know where the magnets are. I added a sticker to the top part to make it easier to install. Also, the same design in just a sheer mesh would be great for daily, all day, driving. I buy this for all my new mom friends now. It's great! Update: bought another set so I could get front side window covers. They are even better. The back window covers are darker than the previous set. More magnets, too. Love them. See photo. Hope you found this review helpful!

Not perfect, but still great.
Picked up the pack of four (front + rear) plus another two rear for use in my 4runner while car camping. I like to sleep in the dark, and I don't like to be woken up at the first crack of dawn. First night out, was under a full moon so parked facing south, I put regular sun shade in the windshield, and these in front/rear side windows, and the two extras in the hatch, covering the back window (to block morning light). Propped a blanket up over the east side rear quarter window (the one that would catch the sunrise light). If I could use one of these in the rear quarter windows I would, but there's no metal all for the magnets to grab onto. Anyway, they worked great. It was dark, just the way I like it and I slept well. Easy to install, easy to remove, pretty easy to fold if you pay attention to the existing fold lines. Found another cloth bag to store them all in. The fitment isn't perfect, but there's no way they could be given all the different window shapes out there. I found I could stick them to the car body and close the door on it, or stick em to the metal at the top of the window frame itself, and they'd open with the door. Both worked equally well. The bottom doesn't have any magnets in it, so they sometimes billow inwards, but found I could usually tuck em in a bit along the sides, to keep em close to the glass for maximum light blockage. Will use again. Hopefully the magnets stay in place.

Like They Were Made For a 2025 Kona. Edited After Buying Black Ones . Dropped From A 5 Star.
At first I thought these were going to be too large but I could make them work . This was wrong . My car has deeply tinted rear doors and trunk so I didn't address them . I park in the sun at work for 9+ hours and even though my windows are cracked and my windshield has a shade for it the car is getting hot from direct sunlight shining in all day so I figured these would at least help a little . I was wrong there as well . While the car is very very warm when I get in it's now like a cloudy day warm , in other words not much hotter than the air and no metal baking hot to the touch . They are very light weight and still allow air to escape through the cracked windows but block the sunlight . There's nothing to hold them in place along the bottom , no magnets, clips , or suction cups but they do hang loosely but not so much they let sun in . The magnets along the top are plenty strong , strong enough to hold things in place but not so strong they interfere with quick removal . The only way I'd prefer them to be different would possibly silver on both inside and outside so I could just grab either one for either side when in a hurry . Honestly I wish I'd have known about these years so . They are a true have changer . They pop back into their bag super quick and take up almost no room in the car (I put the bag in the side compartment of the door ) when in their carry bag . I don't know about them and monetary value BUT for lesser inconvenience of getting into a got vehicle they are priceless . Edit 7-11 I purchased a set of the black mesh for the rear doors and they are even better than the front . My back windows are tinted pretty dark so o don't need to block the sun perse but I can roll my window about 1/2 way down and the breeze can blow through the car and the heat can escape . Combined with the from ones and windshield shade my car is many degrees cooler than the outside temperature every day after work . My AC isn't blasting full fan for 20 minutes now when set to auto but 5ish minutes then it steps down . If they get the front only ones in mesh back in stock I'm going to try them on the front as well . I really like the breeze being able to blow through . Edit . I'm dropping this review because I purchased some of the black ones for my front windows . They are advertised as being 31" long but they are only 24" . The gives me a choice of large gap at the back of large gap at the front . I've chosen to let the front be uncovered but this is clearly NOT what I thought I was purchasing. If you have a small SUV or larger only the solid ones will give full coverage on the front . The black screen ones are a waste of money .

Great value shades that do the job nicely
These things aren't going to win any style awards and they could also do with a couple more magnets per shade but for the money you really can't argue. I doubt anything else in it's price range would be as easy to put up, as easy to store and block as much sun as these do. I actually had a pair of custom shades on order for over 10 times this price but will cancel the order as I can't see how they will be much better.

Works well, if you can manage to get them to stay up.
I had to put the window down a bit and put the shades through, then put the wondow up. It worked well after that. The shades do not stick to the window as they claim.

Versatile and adaptable
The photos on Amazon show these being attached to the window frame but they can just as easily be attached to the metal car frame around the door so they can still be used in cars that don't have metal window frames. The other thing that is not mentioned is that the small magnets can be slid inside their sleeves to customize the fit. Great product, effective, easy to apply, (can be a little tricky if it's windy), easy to fold up into a small volume and store.

Good buy
It works well, easy to install and all the magnets were in place unlike some reviews. If anything it’s a tad bit small width ways (we’re talking an inch or so) but I didn’t measure it before buying because I don’t need it to cover everything.
