Der Tee bringt definitiv was. Geschmack ist vollkommen okay. In Kombination mit Äpfel etc. nicht zu empfehlen, dann ist tatsächlich das zuhause bleiben von einem Tag zu raten.

I generally don't have the best of bowel movements with it normal for a few days to pass in between sittings. I thought maybe this tea might help kick things off after a particularly delayed session. The tea tastes bad, I'm not going to lie about that (or maybe, it tasted bad to me because I'm not a tea drinker). About half an hour later, the noises coming from the depths of my bowel. I got it yesterday took it yesterday morning and it didn’t do anything yesterday, but today!!! Today I been pooping my brains out I know tmi but it works it works great!! I dose give you cramps from hell I have a high tolerance to pain but man these cramps are from hell. I think I pooped out the 75 cents I swollen when I was 4. Make sure you have nothing to do that day after you take it. Really take at your own risk it works lol. And I only took one I let it sit for 10 min then drank it the tase is it bad at all.
