I really like this little case. I originally got it for medication that needs to stay cold, but I like that I can use it for different types of medications that need to be cold instead of it being limited to just one thing. The small reusable ice packs are really handy and don't take up much extra space. The case itself is a good size. It's small enough that it should be easy to travel with, but it still feels like it would keep everything secure. I haven't taken it on a plane yet, so I can't speak to how it actually holds up with air travel, but based on the size and how it's made, I think it will be really convenient for traveling.

Works well for what I need. I like that it arrives with the gel packets that can be frozen.
