Multi-faceted learning opportunities!
As a former Montessori teacher trainer, I see several layers of learning opportunities in this very well made wooden stacking set. First, the sturdy laces included to use with the beads as an alternate activity. Second, the wonderful laminated activity cards that suggest stacking options by following the illustrations--a wonderful precursor to transferring abstract concepts to real. Third, the possibilities for three period lessons re color or outline of the wooden beads. Fourth, the fun of creative possibilities for stacking. This is a toddler-level activity that is not just for stacking!

A lot of fun!
Great toy! Sometimes my grandchild uses as stacking blocks, sometimes she puts them on the pegs in color order. We play together and split the blocks and see who can get theirs on the fastest. My GC is 3 so she’s almost past putting things in her mouth, but some of the pieces are a little small so I’d keep watch. We are going to use the cards that come with this set soon to follow the patterns!

Great quality and engaging for early learners
This Montessori-style wooden bead sequencing set is a hit in our therapy sessions. The materials are sturdy, the beads are a great size for little hands, and the colors are bright and appealing. The visual cards that come with it make it easy to turn this into a structured sequencing activity for preschool and kindergarten-aged kids. From an occupational therapy perspective, this set supports visual motor skills, fine motor coordination, color recognition, and sequencing. It’s also a nice way to encourage attention, focus, and left-to-right scanning—skills that help with early reading and handwriting. What I especially like is how adaptable it is. You can make the activity easier by limiting the number of beads or matching by color only, or more challenging by copying from memory, using longer sequences, or adding verbal instructions. It works well for both individual play and adult-guided tasks. This is a well-made, open-ended toy that supports important early developmental skills in a playful and creative way. Note: This is not medical advice. If you’re using this product to support specific developmental goals, especially for children with delays, consider consulting with a licensed pediatric occupational therapist for guidance.

A Bit Smaller Than Expected, but A Great Toy For 3 year olds
Very cute product, but was WAY smaller than I expected. Beads could cause a choking hazard to small babies. Works great for 3 year old under supervision
