Nerve pain relieved!
Wow! Unbelievably fast results. After experiencing numbness and pain in both wrists and hands a doctor told me it was carpal tunnel. This didn't feel like the proper diagnosis as when I moved my neck a certain way, the pain increased or decreased. I decided to treat it as a pinched nerve in the cervical spine area. After one 10 minute session. I could feel the difference. Pain and numbness diminished significantly. I've been trying to use it 2 to 3 times daily for 10 minutes. I often fall asleep while using it because it relaxed my neck so well. If you are struggling with neck pain or radiant numbness and pain, I strongly recommend trying this product. It's much cheaper than doctor bills and it may be the simple home cure you're looking for!

Helpful for Tech neck, Good Quality
I’ve been using this neck stretcher consistently for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely noticed improvement in my “tech neck” hump and overall posture. I was worried it would be uncomfortable to lay on, especially because of the raised bumps, but it’s actually much more comfortable than expected once you get used to it. I usually use it for about 10 minutes a day, and that seems to be enough to notice results without overdoing it. The material quality feels decent for the price, and it holds its shape well after repeated use. One thing I did notice is that it can leave my neck a little red afterward, but it fades fairly quickly and hasn’t been painful or irritating for me. I can’t really speak on how well it works for neck Pain relief , TMJ, or shoulder pain since I mainly bought it for posture and stretching, but for improving posture and relieving tension from looking down at screens all day, I think it’s a good value for the money.

Works great!
This product really helped me! And after the first try, I already felt a difference! I normally am very tense in my shoulders and neck. My phy therapist told me years ago, that I'm wearing my shoulders for earrings. And that's what it felt like! I fight it all the time. This product stretches your neck. I put my head all the way back so I can get a full stretch. Works really good! I give it a 👍.

If hot dog water was a neck stretcher…
I have been dealing with a stiff neck for a couple of weeks. I had another neck stretcher before but lost track of it, so I researched devices and picked this one based on all the glowing reviews. Normally, I find Amazon reviews very helpful; this time, they totally failed me. When I got it out of the box tonight, my neck was already screaming, so I thought, “Hey, 10 minutes a day for pain relief—what could go wrong?” Well… everything. The pictures make it look like it will softly conform to your natural spine while gently stretching your neck. The reality? It didn’t give at all. It felt like my head was forced onto an unyielding chunk of oak, and instead of relief, it made everything worse. The “pressure points” didn’t melt away tension—they just gave me brand-new sore spots to add to my collection. But I thought that maybe my neck was so stiff that I just needed to settle in and let it work. After 10 minutes, my neck still hurt. After 15 minutes, I’d already initiated the return. That’s how fast it failed. And in case you are thinking I may have some physical anomoly or an unusual frame, I don’t. I’m a 5’ 5” female with what I would describe as a typical-sized neck—I’m neither a giraffe or a turtle. The description promises “ultimate relaxation” and “ergonomic design.” Reality? It’s like lying on a bed of angry foam Legos while contemplating your life choices. And those videos? Totally useless. Who needs a slow-mo shot of it coming out of the box? (Okay, there is no slow-mo shot, but there is an actual picture of the device that plays as a video. WHAT??) I needed someone to show me how to actually use it—unless the correct method was to suffer quietly and question humanity. It was so uncomfortable that I assumed it must be user error. Was I positioning it incorrectly? Surely I was. How else could it go? Finally, I found a video that showed someone actually USING it, and her unit looked much more giving & comfortable than the anvil I had in my hand. Maybe the unit I have is an newer model. If so, someone FAILED. Final verdict: I literally had to go outside and touch grass to recover from the experience. Save your money, your time, and your vertebrae. A brick under your head would be more effective, and at least it’s free. Pros & Cons Pros: • Lightweight enough to carry straight to the trash • Great conversation starter: “Guess what this knot is from?” Cons: • Feels like medieval torture disguised as foam • Most videos explain nothing • Causes bonus pain you didn’t order • Looks soft in pictures, but is about as forgiving as a cinder block • I initiated the returned within 15 minutes—fastest relief it ever gave me I’m off to find another product. Because I have had a great neck relaxer before, I know there’s one out there!

Perfume smell!
It’s alright. It is a nice stretch but after a few weeks it’s already less firm. It has a horrible chemical or perfume smell, which causes me to sneeze quite a lot. I’m not sure if the smell is intentional or due to it being a porous material that was stored next to something smelly either in production or the warehouse. But I have another sponge-like item with the same blue color (a pillow) that has the same smell, it should be noted that it is perfumed if it’s intended.

It's the solution for neck pain!!
The best solution for neck pain!!!! I have tried several types of pillows and a neck brace none worked. And I have done physical therapy and needling for neck spurs that showed up on an MRI. This neck stretcher works. I use it three times a week for about 10 mins.
