Chomping at the bit to try! Years ago and way before menopause, I bought SMN Progesto and saw that my sleep improved. So many friends are taking some form of estrogen at my age but I didn’t want to go down that route. I thought in post menopause I would see parts of my life improve that were rattled by menopause but that hasn't exactly happened. Brain fog, hot flashes, weight gain, GI issues, bloating, and poor sleep persist. I remembered this company, read the reviews, and thought I’d give the Estro original a try. I used the progesto I still had, (yes it still works after all this time) and the Estro original and had AMAZING sleep. The type of sleep where when I woke up my thumb hurt because I slept so soundly I didn't realize I was sleeping on my thumb weird. I woke up not sluggish but rested and that same morning my GI issues were improving. I felt calm, clear, energized, and positive. It was a hectic week but it didn't bother me. I couldn't believe it would work that fast and I was skeptical. I continued for a week and the positive effects remained. My ever present hot flashes were cut in half. I noticed a headache for a couple of days but I think that was how I had been sitting. I also feel like food noise was less and post-eating bloat was gone. I used it for 10 days then did every other night and still felt the benefits. This last time I waited 3 nights and my sleep wasn't as good and I felt more snacky during the day. Last night I resumed and had another deep sleep. Strangely, I never remember my dreams but I do when I use this. My dreams are vivid but not scary like when I've tried other sleep solutions. In general, I don't feel medicated but a truly closer version of my pre menopausal self.

Turning 47 was my time, irritability/hair loss/weight gain/ belly fat/ bloating/weakening SKIN ELASTICITY was immediately apparent!! Luckily no hot flashes or sleep disturbances. After reading all the reviews, I decided to take a leap of faith (especially with all the positive data on HRT and estriol use for anti-aging skin benefits. Well folks, the verdict is in!! Been using it for 6 weeks, a pea-sized amount all over face, eyelids, and neck twice a day and WOW, WOW, WOW. The cream is not only moisturizing but I'm delighted to report that my skin has REVERTED to pre-47 stages. It's soft, plump, and I visually can see that the elasticity has returned. It's nothing short of a miracle!! We know that consistency is key, so I've also slowly added Retin-A twice a WEEK as this is actually really irritating and the purge is real. Estro-Life is truly life changing and I'm excited about my face and skin again. There's hope for us women going through this life stage!! Now, I can embrace aging gracefully but my skin doesn't have to catch up so soon! Win!! ((Update at 6 months: lower eye lashes have lengthened tremendously and irritability gone)) I need to start applying to my hairline next! Can Estro-Life possibly remove the parabens from the formulation? Use something else for antimicrobial effect 🙏

Helps with mood swings, sleeplessness. Happy with this choice when I can't afford the prescription!

I've been using this product for less than a month so far and can tell a difference already. The pros thus far are: ease of use (fewer supplement capsules to take every day), no odor, quick absorption, non-irritating. I am having fewer hot flashes and fewer mood swings. This is also a less expensive means that what I was previously using.

Update 2/28/23: Although it didn't seem to be working for me, I continued using it, along with the progesterone version of this product. I did start to have something of a response. And I learned a trick to get it to absorb better. Instead of putting it on skin & expecting it to go into my skin while I massage it in, I put it on several large spots of skin and then massage it in partially and let it sink in on its own. That helps with the difficulty of absorption. I did some research on Estriol, also. It seems like it's a phyto-estrogen substance all on its own, not derived from yam or something like that? Anyway, I've re-ordered it and am going to give it more time to work. As I say, I'm having a bit of response, but not much. Hopefully, it's just taking me a while to respond and will increase over time. Initital Review: I've been using this twice daily, 1/4 tsp each time, per instructions. I notice no effect on my body whatsoever. This SMNutrition Estrogen lotion (it's more of a lotion than a cream) says the estrogen is "micronized USP estriol," but doesn't identify the source of the estriol, except that it says it's soy-free. It also contains Vitamin E, which is good, and retinyl palmitate, which is an ineffective Vitamin A product in bargain face creams. I don't know why that substance would be in this lotion. It also has two types of parabens. Until I got this product, I'd been using a soy-based phytoestrogen cream and was having some positive results, although weak results. Those results started right away after I started using my prior cream. I switched to this product, thinking it would be more effective. It wasn't. Also, this has the consistency of a lotion, not cream, being too liquidy or thin gel-like, so that it took a lot of rubbing over a broad area of skin in several places to get it absorbed. It didn't absorb readily. I also don't like the pump. I hold it right side up and pumped. It takes two pumps to make 1/4 tsp, and it works fine. But the top doesn't come off, so when it gets low, I won't be able to pump out the last of what's left in the container, so I'll lose the use of some of the lotion. I don't know why so many phytoestrogen products advertise soy-free, unless a lot of people are allergic to soy. I am not. What's good about this product is that it has no scent, has Vitamin E, didn't product negative effects, and seems to moisturize skin a bit. I may use it for another week and see if I start seeing results. If I do and my results change, I'll update. I do not recommend. Note: I also got the progesterone sister product, and got the same results as the estrogen products, which is no results.

I started to get really sore large pimples on my face. It all started from using this product. maybe it was just not suitable for my skin tye. But, at 57, I'd rather have wrinkles than pimples.
