Go for it buddy, excellent product in this price range I'm currently listening to a bass songs playlist on Spotify and I'm totally stunned with the sound quality. Mic quality is also good I recorded my voice and listened to it and it was nice though ENC is not that good. There are total of five button functions and each of them is explained in the manual that you had to download with the help of the QR code that comes in the packaging box. It fits right in my ears also, the box has 2 pairs of eartips so, you can choose the size according to your requirement, it is really comfortable.Hell of a product 👏🏻👏🏻

I have been using the GOBOULT Astra Neo and overall I’m quite happy with it. The sound quality is good, the bass is enjoyable, and the earbuds are comfortable for regular use. The Bluetooth connection is also convenient and works well for calls, music and videos. Battery backup is good enough for daily usage. For the price, I feel these are a good option for anyone looking for wireless earbuds for everyday use.

I am a very easy-going buyer and usually don't post negative reviews for minor flaws. I completely understand that when a brand manufactures or sells lakhs of units, 1 or 2 defective pieces can happen—it’s natural. Keeping that in mind, I bought these Boult earbuds ignoring some low ratings. However, my experience has been an absolute nightmare: Defective Product Right Off the Bat: The earbuds stay connected to my phone even when placed inside the charging case with the lid completely CLOSED. Calls keep routing to the buds inside the case, making me miss audio and forcing me to manually turn off Bluetooth every single time. It creates extreme discomfort during routine daily calls. Failed Service Attempt: I raised a service request, and the product was picked up. It took over 10 days to come back, only for the EXACT SAME ISSUE to persist! They didn't fix a thing. Non-Existent Customer Support: This is the worst part. There is NO direct voice call support, no human agent to talk to, and no physical service center accessibility. Everything is routed through frustrating automated bots that just loop you back to raising requests. It feels like the company operates on the assumption that because it’s a ₹1,000 – ₹1,200 product, customers will eventually give up, get tired of the endless bot loops, and accept the loss. They are literally testing customer patience with zero accountability. I am now stuck raising a second service request with a useless product that I can neither enjoy using nor replace easily. And finally : Do not fall for the features or price tag. The moment you get a defective unit, you are completely on your own with zero human support to help you out. Definitely NOT recommended!

I’ve been using the GOBOULT Astra Neo Bluetooth Earbuds for a few weeks now, and they’ve honestly exceeded my expectations. The 70-hour playtime is outstanding—I hardly ever need to charge them, and when I do, the Type-C fast charging is incredibly quick and convenient. Sound quality is solid with powerful bass and clear vocals, making music, movies, and calls very enjoyable. The low-latency gaming mode works really well, with smooth audio sync and no noticeable delay during gameplay. Call quality is another strong point thanks to the Zen ENC mic, which keeps my voice clear even in noisy surroundings. Bluetooth 5.4 ensures fast and stable connectivity every time I open the case. A special mention to the cool blue light effect—it looks super stylish, especially while gaming at night, and gives the earbuds a premium vibe. Overall, great performance, long battery life, and a sleek design make these earbuds a fantastic value buy.

The Bluetooth sound quality is good, and the build quality is also very good. However, the earbuds are extremely touch-sensitive. When wearing them under a helmet, the helmet’s inner padding keeps touching the earbuds and accidentally pausing/playing songs. The bigger issue is customer service. Boult has no service centre, so you have to register complaints through their official website. My earbuds stopped charging on 7 September 2026. I raised a complaint on 8 September, but as of today, 21 September, I still haven’t received any response. I also highlighted the delay on X, but there has been no response there either. The earbuds are still under warranty. This level of after-sales service is extremely disappointing.

Using the GoBOLT Astra Neo Bluetooth earbuds for more than a year now, and they are really good and durable. The sound quality is clear with good bass, and call connectivity works perfectly. Pairing with my Samsung phone was very easy and quick. Battery backup is impressive — once fully charged, it lasts almost 7 days with regular use. The earbuds give around 4 hours of playback on a single charge. Noise cancellation also works well for daily usage. One thing I personally liked is the calling quality while riding a bike. With a helmet on, I can talk clearly even at speeds up to 80 km/h without much disturbance. Without a helmet, calls are still manageable up to around 30 km/h. Overall, after one year of usage, I can say this is a value-for-money product with good battery life, sound quality, and durability.

Mic is not good it work in intiall days 1 -2weeks then sound started breaking. Not good. But sound quality is good
