HAYASHIYA Organic Matcha Powder - Daichi - Ceremonial Grade, Authentic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder (30g / 1.06oz)

This has become my favorite Matcha tea company. No other Matcha, tea that I have tried so far, has the same clean taste, bright color and smooth texture as Hayashiya. I have purchased two different varieties and neither has disappointed me. I don't become "wired then tired". Drinking this Matcha has become a daily treat and their little tins are not only beautiful but they keep the powder very fresh. I'm looking forward to trying their other varieties.

Has a naturally sweet taste to it and you can actually taste it with milk. Idk why people hating

Non taste like grass, good quality

I’ve purchased the Fuji one from the same brand and wanted to try something different while also saving a bit of money. You can def tell a difference. Not totally bad but I prefer the Fuji flavor profile more. Imo the color is not as vibrant but still better than other brands. If I’m in a pinch and dont have any other matcha available this would be my go to.

After drinking this everyday for a week i’d say It’s just okay. I like my matchas in latte form & this one is definitely more of a light, smooth/creamy flavor with a hint of a vegetative taste and natural sweetness. I also don’t find it to be bitter or astringent at all. However, the color isn’t quite what i’d like it to be (I used 3g with oat milk) and the flavor is barely there and I’d hate to have to use more than I already do because then I would just run out of this matcha in a week or 2 as I make a matcha latte almost every day. I like a bold matcha with a lot of flavor, and this one just lacks it for me. It’s very weak in flavor in my opinion.

not ceremonial i have japanese Masha that’s literally from Japan that my aunt got me while she was there. That’s actually ceremonial grade and it’s not even close. but it’ll do it’s still good and I like it
