Helps relax
We have been drinking this tea for years. We like the sinus soother for when we are feeling a little stuffed up. Tastes good. Helps to relax before bed. We drink it about 45 minutes before bed.

Definitely makes me sleepy. Guess I’ll have to be careful of the stinging nettle ingredient since I don’t drink coffee and maybe for someone who does drink coffee it’d react differently.
