Deer Feeder Bolt On Leg Stubs

Easily bolted to a 55 gal drum for a feeder, would buy again, and will when I build another feeder

This is an absolute great item with good quality. Installation is very easy until the point where you have to tighten the bolts depending on how far you put it down on the barrel you may need help tightening the bolts

I have used them before and like them. A tree fell on the last set and bent them.

These brackets were easy to install on my 30 gallon metal barrels. Space them about 19.5 inches on center for 30 gallon barrel, just above the lower reinforcement ring of the barrel. Use 1/2 I.D. pipe section that comes on 21 foot length and cut to 7 foot sections for three legs. Brackets are sturdy for my 30 gallon barrels. Cross section of the square 1 inch brackets is about 1.4 inches, so 1.5" I.D. pipe is perfect. Easy, cost effective solution. Fast install! Hanging the barrel BELOW a tripod takes much longer pipe, so using these brackets means that just 7 feet of pipe should be plenty unless you want them super high. This means you save a lot of money on pipe if you have a lot of feeders like I do.
