The best!
This is the best buy ever! I have an outside kitchen, so the monitor is there and the camera I placed one in the living room and the other in kids room, and best thing it doesn’t need wifi!!! Love it love it love it 😍

Awful
After a month of using it, the battery dies after minutes being unplugged. Do not waste your money.

Good but now not working
Was working fine and now 3 months later it isn't charging

Terrible
Terrible. I have been using it for a little over a month and it is now malfunctioning. While using the monitor it randomly just loses signal and disconnects and doesn't work again until it's been off for a couple of hours. Also it has terrible range indoors.

Ok for the purpose, but can't go far. I have double hight and when I go down it don't capture the signal Mover all ok Camera video bad but it dose the job.

Missing many options
Not nice. It's the basic. It's hard fix the camera. Don't have 360 degrees view. We need always change manual de point of view. I did not like it. But ok.

Excellent camera and even better customer service
This camera and monitor set has been excellent. Unfortunately I have tried numerous brands on the market even the $300 Vava 2 camera unit which broke numerous times which led me to Hello Baby. I’ve had this one over a year and while the battery did start to go, the company was very swift on offering solutions and ultimately sending me an entire replacement unit - without asking! It arrived the day after they said they sent it. I had to write a review based on the excellent customer service alone! We have the two camera unit and it’s really been fantastic - don’t waste your money on ones that are triple the price and stick with these!
