Well Made and Fun as Hell !!
The PE100 is well worth the money. It's a solid built that comes with a Power Cord, not mentioned. It also runs off batteries as well. The PE100 comes loaded with 198 presets, 36 effects, Drum Machine, Metronome, Tap Tempo, Aux In and Headphone jack. So, it can be used as part of your pedalboard or as a standalone practice amp using nothing but headphones. The presets on the PE100 are similar to the Boss BR8 and subsequent recorder/mixers, modeling amps like The Line 6 Bogner digital amp, with pre-amp tubes, Fender Modeling amps, The Tascam DP32 and 64 series of Recorders and Mixers. Where in all cases, the presets have a name that identifies it with either a familiar song or artist name. And the effect will immediately bring either that recording artist or song to mind. This is a massive tool for any guitarist tool kit. Whether on the pedalboard or on the table. It's fun to use. I'm playing it through a Marshall Stack, tubed amp. And whether in clean or dirty mode, the effect still overrides the Clean/Dirty effect of the amp. Meaning that in Crunch mode, I don't lose the effect, I just gain one. Also using in conjunction with other pedals I play with, like the Steve Vail Dunlop Bad Horsie Wah Contour Pedal. Same thing. I have the BH after the PE100, and can still clearly get exactly what I want. I have a lot of gear. Guitars, Amps, Mixers and Pedals. And in many cases for myself there are redundancies. None the less, this pedal makes getting there a whole lot faster. If you want a really good pedal with some amazing sounds, that won't cost you a weeks pay. Then try this one out.

High Fun to Dollar ratio, great little guitar practice tool
It's a guitar preamp with effects and it has drum loops for inspired practicing or song writing. It can run from internal batteries or standard (Roland style) external 9-volt power. The amount of functions in this box is amazing. It is so light weight that my guitar cord wants to pull it off the table. The distortion sound is good, with variety and lots of choices. The drum rhythms surprised me, again, inspirational type drums to help with practice or inspiring a new song. I like the analog volume control in the side of the unit, no menu diving for the most important variable, output level. Too soon to judge durability but I take care of my stuff so I expect this to last. I used it with a Joyo 9-volt power supply 5 battery which I bought on Amazon, two hours of fun playing did not reduce the battery power gauge at all. So far I love this little self contained guitar amp and headphone amp package - currently playing it through a Headrush FRFR GO amp which also came from Amazon. Having a lot of fun, making some crunchy rock tones, kill'n it! Good Music To You!

Fun to play with!
Ok, so I only have a couple of actual pedals and wanted to experiment more without the investment because I don’t know exactly what I want. I grabbed this on a door buster sale and I think it is a good idea for someone like me. It lets me play around with different effects and figure out what I like and it lets me chain a few effects together. I can store up to four presets but there are another 99 custom slots that you can access with the knob. There are also 99 slots with factory presets too. It has some amp modeling as well. If you are just beginning to get into guitar and want to see what kinds of effects you like without buying individual pedals then I recommend this. It will let you hear the basic sound of a lot of different effects types without breaking the bank. The only downside is that a lot of the effects do sound digital so you probably won’t get exactly what you want for recording but you will get an idea of the sound of each effect. Then you can pick a few favorites and invest in the exact pedal that gets you what you’re after. It’s also very small and can go with you pretty much anywhere. You can take it and your guitar and some headphones wherever you want and get in some practice. I don’t use it every day but I am not going to sell it either.

AWESOME LITTLE AMP!
I've thrown more money away than this little amp cost. The only reason I purchased it was because it was from Mooer and I'm happy with the 3 other pedals I've bought from them. The quality of this is immediately felt. I wasn't expecting much but it impressed me. I've used it at home and the batteries are a great addition. It does everything fairly well, working great for late night fun practice. Buy it! It's a good thing to have handy!

Ok this little monster has everything. Harmonizer , delay, chorus, distortion, phaser, reverb, different cabinets and EQ, and even drums . It sounds great. I use it for practice with headphones. Is just amazing. I haven't tried it with my rig. No need since I have Boss processing sound for it. But I wouldn't doubt; it has great sound also. I read the battery feature is no good which is not important to me since this comes with a/c adapter. I have tried others like this but the sound were horrible. This is by far the best on this price range. BTW you also can change the pitch of your guitar tunning with pitch shifter to match the song tunning you want to practice without having to retune your guitar. You can also connect your cellphone to play along via the auxiliary + headphones ( i would recommend using good headphones i 'm currently using skullcandy crusher To add more bass to the sound)

Concept good. Execution bad.
I wanted something that does effect patches plus rhythm, for my minimalist jam setup. The effects on this are decent. Problem is the buttons on top don't work... or at least only work after trying every angle frustratingly for 30 seconds. The other annoyance is, it doesn't save volume or rhythm settings on power off.... so you have to reset your rhythm and volume every time.

Changing after a few months. Whistling noises and tone sucking.
Multi decade music pro, not a tone snob but am a gear snob, and know my sonic palettes. This is a cheap, tabletop multi-fx. I see it as a writing / jamming tool, maybe even a 'grab and go' for smaller gigs. I wouldn't imagine using it for other things; assuming those intended uses for this review. And it's great for those intended uses. Not a lot of sounds, but the ones it has are good to better-than-good, and it took less than 5 minutes to completely understand the menus. This was purchased to serve as an assist for a writing / sketchpad area. I needed it to be easy, provide decent coloration, and basically not annoy me with digital artifacts or mud (to wit, it's replacing a Zoom G3 which I didn't like, too digital or sometimes lacking in clarity, colored the sound of nice guitars too much; clunky interface). This is tiny (about 1.25 the size of a deck of cards), easy to operate, and most importantly doesn't get in the way of noodling/writing either physically or sonically. I haven't bothered with the distortions, but the trem, delays, verb were all good enough that I actually pictured someone bringing this to a small gig. (I wouldn't trust it past that, it does not look rugged). In fact, the only thing I don't like about it is that the recessed LCD screen requires you to look at it pretty straight on - checking out the screen from an angle was hard due to reflected light, and this was not a bright environment. Didn't bother with the drum patterns other than quick check to see they function - cannot imagine anyone is really buying this for those, so if you are I can't offer any insights. This is not going to make anyone forget their Helix, but it is incredibly portable and sonically useful, maybe even sonically encouraging. A great bargain. *** UPDATE Bloom wore off for me; this really decimates higher frequencies, and the occasionally squealing noises through the amp are a turnoff. Also, the unit really IS hard to see from the side, which turned out to be more of a pain than I thought. I'd still consider it a "scratchpad' tool for writing, but I wouldn't gig with it.

Great
Crazy what quality sound you can get nowadays for basically no money. Excellent little piece of gear.

After reading reviews, purchased this unit. Have found it to be very good for its size and the range you can work with is excelent.

MOOER pe100 Guitar Effects
Para ser un "pedal" de efectos compacto es bueno, la calidad es buena pero talvez podria ser mejor pero tampoco cuesta lo que cuestan soluciones carísimas que estoy seguro tendrán mejor calidad
