We’ve been using this monitor for a while now, and I have to say—it’s a pretty feature-packed setup. The screen is bright and clear, and even when zoomed in, I can easily see my little one across the room. Switching to split-screen or toggling between cameras just takes a quick tap, and the pan/tilt/zoom functions are smooth and responsive. One of my favorite features is the night vision. It’s in black and white, of course, but the picture is clear enough to check on the baby without needing to get up or turn on a light. It definitely makes nighttime a lot easier. There’s also a temperature sensor, which is a nice bonus. I personally didn’t use it much since I already have a thermometer in the room and I’m familiar with how to adjust the A/C, but it’s a cool feature to have. The plastic build feels pretty lightweight—not flimsy, just not heavy-duty—but the quality overall seems solid. My only real note is that the field of view on the cameras is a bit narrow. It’s more than enough for keeping an eye on a sleeping baby, but if you want to monitor a larger area, you’ll probably need to position the camera farther away.

Update 12/23/2024: still works! Still havnt gotten the buttons memorized at night time. Lol. I’ve had this monitor for a year now. The features that are most important for me are being able to turn and tilt the camera, visual and audio and temperature check. Overall it’s a pretty good monitor and I love that it hasn’t broken on me (especially after a few falls to the ground). I don’t care for the music or video recording so I have no input on that. I purchased this for my second child so I’ve gone through a few different brands with my first child. I found one I liked but the company no longer makes it so I took a chance with this one. Pros: it can pan tilt and turn, Great day and night video quality, pretty accurate room temp (depends where you set it), the monitor screen isn’t too bright at night (adjustable) which is a huge plus! The battery life isn’t too bad (3-4 hrs if all settings are turned up and about 6-8 hours when all settings are at lowest), pretty standard compared to my other one. Monitor Distance, I’m not sure maybe 600-800 ft away from the camera? This child won’t sleep for more than 20 minutes so I haven’t taken the monitor outside to do yardwork like my first child. Lol. Two way talk seems to work fine as my oldest child can successfully yell into the camera asking for snacks while I’m trying to put baby to sleep. Cons: I really wish there was a backlight on the buttons so you can see the buttons in the dark especially if you want to turn the camera to find your child or make the one button larger or bulge out or something for identifying. But no biggies, you’ll have all the buttons memorize… maybe depends how much sleep you get some days. Next- Audio, it’s okay it sounds almost like there’s an echo or the child is far away. It could be a clearer. If I’m watching a movie I would have to turn up the monitor volume to the highest in order to hear but during the nights the lowest setting is fine (probably because I don’t fully sleep). The most annoying thing is when the monitor battery gets low it makes this loud annoying buzzing sound but will not go away until either you charge it or it dies. Oh and monitor battery didn’t go low because baby slept for 4+hours, it’s because I didn’t charge it all day. Overall, it’s a good buy. I’m still glad I got it. Just a few features and design flaws that could be improved. I’m just glad it’s still working, and I hope it continues to for several years to come. My other one is going on 4 yrs strong . Highly recommend this camera, and customer service was great! I bought this camera a couple years ago with my first, and I loved it. When I had my second, I ordered another camera as well. I had no issues connecting both cameras to the same monitor, and this new camera was much clearer and you could see in the crib at night - even at a distance. The new did camera stop working after a few months, so I reached out to the company for support and they replaced the camera & monitor for me! Plus, they were so helpful and made it such an easy process! The camera is definitely worth the money!

Second time buyer, after 2 years almost to the day our parent unit completely stopped working. We ordered a replacement monitor (only option we could find quickly included another camera - which we already have two of and didn’t really need). Our version was from 2023 - this newer version ordered in 2026 has different cords all together and different port holes. Kinda frustrating having to swap EVERYTHING out and not being able to just easily replace and repair the parent unit. Other than this new cord feature it appears almost identical to our old version. Pro/Con - Camera quality does seem slightly better than our older model, however the volume/sensitivity to noise HAS to be fixed.. on the lowest volume it is still obnoxiously loud, even worse than the older model. It’s unbearable to sleep and have the sound on this unit. We have to keep it on silent which almost defeats the purpose of trying to hear if one of our babies is crying or needs anything. I guess at least we can see them clearly. But having to keep it on silent because of the terrible volume/sound is a big bummer.

this is my 3RD baby monitor, ya you read that right. it has been the best one yet. all my other ones have lagged, lost signal or cracked the screen. ***FULL DISCLAIMER*** I did have to contact customer support because my monitor started rattling and lagged a few times, I was worried due to my history with monitors but they were very helpful and got me a replacement right away! This is large with a 7" screen, twice the size of any other monitor. the camera quality is amazing, you can see your child breathing no problem and also zoom in up to 4x. I love the rotate and the easy mount kit it comes with has it only needs screws to hang on, very convenient in my opinion. this monitor has several options as you can add up to 4 cameras to the monitor, pairing is very simple. I mainly got this monitor for how large the screen options are and for the split screen. it does allow you to see both cameras, rotate each one, hear them or activate a scan mode to bounce back and forth between each camera during split screen. As one speaker cannot play two sounds at once. I also was in search for a monitor that was secure and not linked through wifi, this works perfectly. Another little feature I didn't realize it had which I LOVE is, there is a clock built in on the monitor! so convent during middle cries or night feeds. It might be more expensive than most monitors out there but you definitely get what you pay for! great customer service, good quality cameras and monitor with great speakers and several different settings.

Pros: This unit is strong, impressive, durable, reliable and works. Clear, good audio reception and speaker, EXCELLENT battery life, large display, remote controls, consistent connectivity, easy to setup and a good value among the choices for its use. I use this to monitor an older adult and replace the old baby monitor that had only a one hour battery life, and would lose signal intermittently before beeping loudly. I have had this unit on battery for hours and only used less than half its battery charge and had no interruption problems. Picture quality is excellent. It works well in low light, has good volume and brightness controls, controls are well labeled, and sound quality and volume allows for clear 2 way communication. Cons: First let me say these are more things I would do to boost how well this unit works from a C to an A level in each area. READ THE MANUAL FIRST. Holding the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn it on/off was a surprise. Then figured that the short press turned the display on/off while keeping the sound on. Volume, brightness adjustments, and turn/angle/zoom operation processes not as intuitive as they could be. You can easily jump from one to the other unintentionally. The 7 inch monitor is almost more than is needed. 6 inch would have been enough and make the unit easier to carry and place for viewing. VOX settings/function need more explanation. Summary: I chose this unit from three strong contenders based on features I was wanting and was Not Disappointed. For monitoring a loved one remotely, this unit is SOLID, RELIABLE, and allows you to seem like you are in the room monitoring what is going on and able to communicate with your loved one. Only a couple ease of use operations keep me from saying this is THE PERFECT monitor, and those differences are easily adjusted to. It is worth your serious consideration.

Honestly so disappointed. I have had the version 1 with 3 cameras for years and LOVED it. We had a power surge to our house and one camera blew. I couldn't buy another version 1 camera so I had to buy a whole new system just for 1 camera. The monitor itself is HUGE, the buttons to press are loud clicks and the worst part is there's awful static that comes thru the camera and no matter what I do it doesnt go away. I had to return it. So sad that version 2 is worse than version 1.

Vorinstallation hat gut funktioniert. Trotzdem wäre eine Gebrauchsanleitung in Papierform hilfreich. Ich war kurz davor, das Gerät zurückschicken, weil ich die Alarmeinstellung nicht abschalten konnte - hat ein bisschen gedauert, bis ich drauf gekommen bin, dass der Raumthermostat den Alarm ausgelöst hat 😅. Hilfreich wäre auch, wenn man die Sensitivität der Raumlautstärke noch empfindlicher einstellen könnte. Die Kamera ist super. Wir hatten vor 20 Jahren Philips Babyphones, die immer sehr schnell defekt waren. Deshalb habe ich mich jetzt für dieses Produkt entschieden. Langzeit Test steht aber noch aus.

Für den Preis ein völlig empfehlenswerter Artikel. Kamera und Ton gut. Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen. Kundendienst, anfangs schwer zu erreichen, aber danach sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Schnelle Abwicklung meines Problems.

So an und für sich nicht schlecht. Man kann viele Einstellungen vornehmen, aber der Empfang lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Manchmal muss man den Empfänger nur ein wenig drehen und der Empfang ist weg. Echt schade für den Preis. Allerdings ist der Service echt super. Alleine für den Service gebe ich 5 Sterne.
