Product DID WORK and almost immediately. Never had a dog dander problem with many Shepherds; current shepherd is the longest living in our experience, 12 years. No dander until this shedding season. This worked fast. Remember to us both AGAINST the lay and with the lay. Against is hard to do for all old timer handlers, however the target, first, is to treat the skin, second the loose flakes at surface using the glove. Dander gone within a few weeks (I do use supplements for my critters, hard to know strength of positive reaction with that intervening variable) but I will now continue using this once a week. I noticed his fur looking great DURING shed season.

Updated- the customer service was fantastic, even though it wasn’t effective for me. I would recommend giving it a try to see if it works for you. It was recommended to me because it worked for my friend’s daughter’s cat allergies.I don’t want to knock this if it works for other people, but it didn’t work for me. I wasn’t even sure if I was doing it correctly, because I put the spray on the towel and wiped my dog down. It felt like it only covered the top of his coat. I put on enough to make him feel wet but I didn’t notice a difference at all. I did it a few times in one day, maybe I should have kept up with it. I hope it works better for you. The smell was fine and dog didn’t mind me putting it on him
