Arrived as advertised, in Pristine Condition.
It's always a little nerve-racking making a big purchase on a "renewed" computer. I've done it in the past with an iPad and it worked out fine. I chose a MacBook Air that was in "Excellent" condition so I hoped for the best. When it arrived, it was in perfect, like-new condition. No marks, all original parts were included and the battery health was 100%. It's absolutely as good as a brand new computer and I saved myself some money. I'm very happy with this MacBook.

Fantastic machine
I've been using this machine for two months and I can tell you, this is a powerhouse! I'm especially amazed at how long the battery lasts. I can go DAYS between charges, not to mention is it ever FAST! I also greatly appreciate how Apple products just work together. For instance (once configured) when I wake the unit from sleep, it detects my Apple watch on my wrist and automatically unlocks. and being able to type a long Messages chat from my Macbook instead of on my iPhone is also very helpful. It's also very thin and lightweight! I expect to get MANY years of usage out of this. Apple products really are built to stand the test of time (I still have two 2011 Macbook pros in use doing just dedicated video playback activities)

I needed to stay in budget. I also needed a strong device. I was using a MacM1 to run a repair business and photography on the side- I needed to be mobile so I switched to a MacBook. Tired of paying so much for external hard drives and cloud storage so this should help with the transfer. Purchased as excellent condition. No scratches. I’d say biggest challenge for me would be adapting to the trackpad which is exciting. I enjoy the Mac software. This exact model was costing me $1400+ from Best Buy and Apple didn’t offer the storage upgrade so Amazon renewed it was. I’ve purchased 6 Apple devices from Amazon renewed and all of them have never given me any issues. I saved about $250 using renewed this time but most importantly got the device I was looking for and for the budget I needed.
