This massage gun is absolutely the best I have owned. I was skeptical about the gun getting cold enough to help with my sciatica pain but I really works great! The different heads give you plenty of options for targeting pain. The gun itself is well made, and has a nice weight and feel. Battery life is significantly less while using the heat/cold option but I feel that should be expected as more power is being used, but lasts long enough to get the job done. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Wow! I am impressed! The massager technology has gotten really good! I did not expect this quality in a $70 massager. When massaging, the massager imparts very little vibration to the hand holding the massager while, at the same time, it is a powerful massager on the business end. Control: Amplitude - there are 5 settings for the amplitude where the amplitude control how far out the massaging hammer (yes, this is essentially a hammer) thrusts out during each cycle. The range of distance the hammer thrusts out each cycle is enough to cover most needs. In fact, for me, I only use the highest setting and control the depth of the massage through how hard I press the massager into the surface of the area being massaged. Be careful that you don't press too hard. You can hurt someone if you press too hard. It is that powerful. Frequency - There are also 5 setting of speed of vibration. It is advertised that the frequency range is 1,800 to 3,000 cycles per minute. This range of frequencies gives you a lot of control over the vibration effects that one might want. However, I spent all of the time on the low end of the frequency. In fact, if there was two more slower frequency settings on the lower end, I would welcome that. Having said that 1,800 hz does a pretty good job of transmitting pulses deep into muscles. I am just nit picking here. Noise level was pleasantly quiet. I was very surprised at how quiet and powerful the massager was. This contributed to the sense that the build quality is very very good. This is a solid piece of engineering. The web site claims that a single charge can last for 4-5 hours of continuous operation. I doubt that the charge would last that long. Granted that I used highest setting of amplitude and lowest setting of frequency, however, mine did not last nearly that long. The charge went from 80% (out of the box) to something like 40% in 25 minutes of running it hard. I haven't tried it after a full charge to see how long a full charge would last. In most situations, I expect sessions to last about 15 to 20 minutes. Any longer than that, I think muscles would turn into ground beef. It is that powerful. Also, I don't know how appropriate this is for back massages around the spine. This can be really powerful and one needs to be a little careful with it. This definitely is not a toy. I think this would be most effective against large muscle groups rather than areas where there are lots of boney structures. The vibrations are vigorous enough to be transmitted to significant depth in the muscle groups like thighs, hamstrings, gluts, deltoids, and etc. where there are large muscle masses. I haven't had it long enough to know how long this will last. However, based on how solid it feels, I would expect this to be a very reliable tool that will last a long time. I will try to update this review in about a year.

I've only had it for about 24 hours, but so far it's been fantastic for keeping sciatica cramps under control. I can't see myself using the heat/cold feature much since I need the foam ball tip for getting into the muscles, but it might come in handy someday. Battery charges fairly quick and holds a charge longer than I expected under use. So far would recommend to anyone shopping for a massage gun.

First I have to say that I purchased this in December of 2022 so that's been some time ago and I've used it all the time, mostly. So about 8 months ago I thought I had broken it, it was shaking really bad and there was rattling noise so I turned it off and didn't use it since then. Today I took it apart and realized that 2 of the three screws that hold the motor to the anti vibration internal frame had vibrated lose, I screwed those back in and it's back to normal. The motor is powerful and can dig deep, battery is amazing (8 months on standby and it only lost 1 bar). Internally it's well built with quality sealed bearings and solid aluminum counterbalance hardware. The electric board for the power on button is a plug-in type so it's not soldered in, making repairs easier. I can't speak to the next generation but my guess is they have done some modifying for cost savings. Btw this was recommended by a chiropractor in my area as she used this model in clients. Would by again if it was available

It is a little vibraty? Is that a word? But it actually does work pretty well. It might be me needing to apply proper pressure. The flat round head with heat and cold is actually nice. Has its own charge port type C. The unit, I've charged once so far and I use it about three to four times a day and over a span of a few days now it is helping to alleviate piriformis issues from cutting and splitting firewood all that bending and lifting, stretching etc. Has a nice array of attachments. I like that it's about the size of a small hair dryer, not heavy. Great on the neck. I like it so far.

Is an amazing product , the quality - weight - quieter- powerful with 5 settings and the cold/heat option is a great added bonus. I should say , I am very surprised how compact yet effective this massaging gun is. After a heavy week of soccer , both calf’s were fried . I used the new gun for 20-30 mins on each leg and wow. It’s a serious deep tissue problem solver . I did read some negative reviews regarding manuals and settling up and someone said it’s heavy and loud !! All those negative reviews are not valid not even 1%. I think this is a great value for the buck spent and a great product . AND it is super easy to use and very intuitive. Great packaging , perfect set of attachments at least for me . Super easy to travel with and use anywhere when needed . Buying my son another one. Note: the people saying it Siena t come w instructions !!! Actually is does , you just don’t know how to look inside the bag.

This is by far the best massage gun! Well worth the money. Also has heat and cold settings that actually work well. Recommend this to anyone with muscle aches and pains!!

This massage gun is absolutely amazing! Comes with different types of massager types. There is only one that has the heat and cold massager. It heats up fast and has 4 levels of heat and cold. The massager has different levels of pulse action. For someone who has fibromyalgia and bulging disks., this item is a must. I absolutely love it. I prefer the heat. It helps massage the problem areas. Charges fast enough. Great item!

I was in a ilemma initially if to spend nearly 4 times the money compared to a 2k product available online. I went for Rhenpo and I am very happy with its quality and performance. When my wife first heard heard I spent 7.6k on a handheld massager she was initially taken aback but when she saw products 's quality she was impressed. She compared Rhenpo with a 2k priced massager that is being used in her Gymn which was far lower in quality and that it kind of hurt when used on body. I am using this for past one week. Iam positive it would perform well for a long time. Right from its packaging, to look and feel to performance on the body is topnotch quality. It's motor sound is like a falling feather. The feeling of its massage has to be experienced. I know not everyone would want to spend 7.6k when similar item is available at 1/4th it's price but if you are willing to want quality just go for it. This is how quality of life needs to be.
