In many sachets(around 20) the powder gets crystallized and coagulated and were inconsumable. Don't know how to complaint. As I bought product of 3 months, time and again found such sachet but no way could complaint. Company should look into this issue.

The product has gone bad despite within expiry
I ordered 3 boxes of 15 strip each. In the 2nd box all the probiotic has gone bad and clumped. 1st box was all good
