Pro Pizza Placement Peel, for 12" Pizza

This peel is a little pricey but well worth it. No worries of the pizza sticking to the peel. perfect for 12' pizza's. The perferation is great to get rid of excess flour or semolina.

Love my Gozney pizza oven and I love having the matching pizza peel. It didn’t take long to get the hang of using this peel. I’m now confident that I can make better pizza at home than the restaurants around me. It’s a more expensive peel but the quality of this product is worth the additional dollars spent.

Handle is broken at throat, with cracked aluminum! Was a really nice pizza peel the first time I used it - uncooked pizza is easy to slide on and off and the unit is nice and light. I upgraded from a generic perforated metal pizza peel that was very difficult to get the pizza off and into the oven. Have a smaller turning peel that I use for in the oven turning. Having to send it back and cannot get a replacement right now. Not sure if I will repurchase or not.

It is well made, sturdy and is exactly the tool I was looking for!

Nice metal peel. A dust of semolina flour and the pizzas slide right off.
