Roku rocks the Firestick!
I was getting tired of my firesticks locking up and freezing. I got the ultra for the rechargeable remote and the USB port to play media from a thumb drive. So for this is much better than the firestick, however it makes me log into Prime and Netflix every time whereas the firestick did not. I can live with that as the performance is much better and I'm no longer yelling at the tv. Jellyfin works great on these and I haven't seen any apps I couldn't load yet. Highly recommended!

Confusing set-up
Confusing to set up the rechargeable remote, and not clearly explained on the website . . . took three different searches, each getting it closer to working (first on/off, then controlling TV volume, finally controlling TV on/off) but once completed, it works like a charm! Worth the irritation in setting it up.

Simple and Reliable
Love my new ROKU device! it’s the 4th one I’ve owned. Simple to set up and reliable. I had the last one for 13 years and it never failed me. I hghly recommend it! It includes some free movies as well.

Was glitchy - has gotten much better with updates
Nice upgrade from the previous older one I had Bit glitchy at times - seemed to of gotten better with updates USB-C Chargeable remote is super nice and works even while charging - caveat it discharges quicker than older battery ones - just plug it in and when unplugged screen shows you %

It worked good. Good quality. No buffering with it. Remote came dead but only had to charge it. Everything works with it

Well worth the new remote.
I purchased and love the rechargeable re remote. It doesn't need recharging too often, and the find the remote feature works great. It also allow me to give voice commands.

Great product and easy to use.
I love my Roku. It was easy to set up (Especially for this old guy) and it is very easy to use. It also added several choices for shows to watch.

dead as a door nail.
I bought a renewed unit on accident. and it will not power up. There is no indicator light, nor signal. sending it back. I never buy the renewed units because this seems to be the case pretty often.
