I honestly didn’t expect to love this as much as I do, but this 2026 Windshield Sun Shade Umbrella is a game changer. Living in Florida, my car turns into an oven, especially during mid-day errands. Since using this, the difference in temperature when I get back in is noticeable right away. I love the umbrella-style design. it’s so much easier than wrestling with those traditional fold-up shades. It opens and closes in seconds, and I can tuck it right into the door pocket when I’m not using it. The foldable design makes it super convenient and not bulky at all. It fits my windshield really well and covers edge to edge. The material feels sturdy and high quality, not flimsy. I’ve also noticed my dashboard and steering wheel aren’t burning hot anymore, which gives me peace of mind about protecting the interior long-term. If you live somewhere sunny or park outside a lot, this is absolutely worth it. Practical, easy to use, and actually effective. Highly recommend!

This shade umbrella fits the entire windshield, and the first thing that I noticed after entering the vehicle is that the steering wheel was not scorching hot, and the temperature inside of the car was bearable. Furthermore, the umbrella stays in place, and is easy to fold up, and the material it's made of is good quality unlike the first on that I purchased from a different company.

This is my first umbrella type sun shield. My old aluminum z-fold crumbled into whitish powder and others I had weren’t tall enough to stay under the visors. This is clunky to open as the handle wiggles, I guess to get it out of the way. I find it difficult. The whole mechanism is made of hard plastic so I expect with the intense heat inside a car, it will shatter in a few years. In the meantime, however, it does completely block light out of the front windshield. I have a Subaru sedan, 2013. The umbrella is too big by about 4 inches on the top and sides. However, it is flappy enough to jam that part under the visors and it stays in place. It’s pretty easy to collapse, like an umbrella. I’ve only had it a few weeks.with that in mind, I recommend it if your old shields collapsed into the front seat while you were away. There is a slot cut into the umbrella for your rear view mirror. If you have a handicap card or anything big hanging there, it doesn’t fit and gets knocked off.

Protects the sun well, light weight and somewhat easy to install. But I've only had it for a couple of weeks and its' already broken. After the initial umbrella the parts that move a little more freely to adjust to the window always poked through and came undone. It still operates as this part can be tucked under the visor. But I've had 3 dollar visors that twist up last years. I bought this item in hope to be a more premium option with better coverage. It definitely does its job but not sure much much longer if it continues to break.

This fit perfect for my 2017 Ford Explorer. The umbrella style helps reach the corners. Since it's a big car, with others I had to stretch and reach to fix the passenger side. This is so practical. I close it and it fits in my backseat pocket. Ive had it since 2022 and it's still very good. So Durable. I will buy again once I need to.

Works great and easy to fold/store.

Great for blocking the sunlight and the heat. Doesn't last very long tho. I put gorilla tape over the ends so the metal doesn't poke thru as quick. That helps. Convenient.
