They have givin the world a great ingredient to add to their cooking. The package fits in my tupperware spice rack. I live in Chicago where I have access to Asian markets where I can get dried,fresh and frozen leaves. They are all usefull but the powder goes in recipes that leaves can't. I love making Thai food, and these lime leaves are great. You can make Thai food without them, but if you've ever had real Thai food, you might not know specifically what is missing, you just know that something is. It just might be this. I can't find this product in my grocery store, so I was happy to find it here. It has definitely made a difference in my Thai dishes. The leaves are easy to use and add a great flavor to your dishes.

i used these leaves in an Indian dish I made. Added great flavor but I have to pick out the leaves as they were not edible from the cooking process even though I soaked them as instruction. Great flavor though but I'll look a little harder for fresh leaves in the future.
