It taste good and what a great price! However it tastes very different than the Monin brand that I love. To me it taste a lot like the DaVinci cherry which btw is so YUMMY. Its not bad just different.

I have a bottle of this prickly pear syrup in the fridge all the time. It doesn't go bad easily so you can keep it for a while. Great for making prickly pear margaritas (or prickly pear lemonades for kids).

I am surprised that I like it.. wanted to try different flavors and am glad I did. Though not my most favorite, it was a nice flavorful addition to my palate.

Love this syrup. I put it in seltzer or club soda for a refreshing drink. A squeeze of lime is nice. The colors look very nice together.
