This is a solid performing version so Shilajit. I've tried this type and the capsule style. I can feel the energy after taking it. The flavor is definitely hard to get past, as it's extremely bitter. Also, it solidifies in its jar, so you have to place it in warm water to melt. If you're on-the-go, this will probably slow you down. But if you have the time and you can get past the flavor, this is absolutely the product for you. When I take it, I definitely get a boost in energy and mental focus. I found I can concentrate much better at work and I just feel mentally sharp when I take it.

Ordered it and it arrived on time in secure, neat packaging. The resin was in excellent condition, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Mixing a small pea-sized amount in warm water or milk is simple. Overall, a good quality product and a smooth buying experience.

First off, this has got to be the thickest shilajit I have ever tried. I first thought it was old and dried out when I first received it. I could barely scoop any Shilajit out of the jar and was confused. then I read the side of the box that said to let it set in a bowl of warm water if it solidifies. This did help loosen it up, but it was still pretty thick. I definitely like the results from the shilajit. It gives you a slight boost of energy without feeling jittery. The other thing that I wasn’t too pleased with is the taste. Shilajit is not the best tasting stuff in the first place, but this brand has a weird taste compared to all the other brands I’ve tried. So overall I like it but still have mixed feelings.
