Can you use other cleansers that aren't olay with the brush?

Yes, I use philosophy and it still does a good job cleansing my face. I hope this helps.

I like this kind of brush so much!! My only question is why so few brands have electrically charged ones as batteries may pollute the earth so badly?

Batteries are an easy solution, rather than devices with internal charging solutions. I prefer not having batteries to replace, and like having things I can charge. :)

What's the purpose of this? How do you use it ? And what does it do ?

It helps take off the top layer of dead skin. It makes my skin much more smooth. It also helps to minimize pores. There is a step 1 that goes along with it, but I just use baking soda with it sometimes. Same results, just baking soda dries your skin out. The 'how do you use it' is pretty simple, you push the button that makes it spin. You then gently press it to your skin... I use it for my face, neck, shoulders.

Fantastic but replacement heads can be expensive.

Absolutely love it. Face feels amazing. I use my own products on it (not olay) and it’s so good. Face has never felt or looked better. Not sure how long the heads will last but replacements aren’t cheap.
