It works!
This spinner works the best of anything I have tried to keep pigeons off my boat dock!

Provided 100% Bird Deterrence
I waited to write this review to better evaluate these Wind Spinners for Bird Deterrence. After trying two other different Bird Deterrence devices which were returned to Amazon (both were a complete failure); I decided to give these a try. I'm happy to report these Wind Spinners have provided 100% Bird Deterrence and I no longer have birds crapping all over my front porch.

Strobe light effect
We hung them up, but unfortunately they reflected into my neighbors house causing a strobe light effect. We had to remove them.

Cool
Yes. They are very cool. I hung glass orb spinners on the bottom and they look great.

Doesn't work
Really didn't work. I couldn't get these to stay up anywhere. They would blow down. Most importantly, the birds weren't scared by them at all! Not one day.
