Solid workhorse for events – good coffeee
Can be a pfaff to situate and get used to the fiddly setup. But once there, it brews consistently good coffee. Remember the coffee golden ratio of 1:18 and leave plenty of time and it's a solid tool. The vertical percolator pipe can be a pain to situate and more thought could have gone into helping clean the machine, but overall good.

Works for a short while
Have now had three urns, all of which have failed after a few weeks so have given up.

Tried two with no luck
First one and replacement didn't work. First one worked well for a week, then stopped heating. Returned it and received replacement very quickly but it lasted only couple days before it stopped working to.
