The cereals from this company have lots of crunch. They’re good plain, without any milk. They might also be good added to meatloaf or breadings for extra fiber and nutrients. They stay crunchy in milk and are good with or without sweeteners. They keep you feeling full, so snacking on dry cereal might help with dieting. The price is good compared to local options. And the expiration dates are good. Definitely worth trying.

Yummy, but yummier when they remember raisins
Love this cereal. The only problem is out of the eight or so boxes I've ordered, two of them came with zero raisins. So they appear to forget to add raisins from time to time. Otherwise, this is the best cereal brand out there in my opinion. Delicious and healthy.

FRESH AND CRUNCHY
I love this stuff. It seems to love me also. I have not been constipated since I started eating this cereal!!! I rarely eat it with milk. I eat like a crunchy snack. I often crave crunchy stuff. The ingredients are very nutritious and healthy for me.

Short Dated, Bland Taste
The “best by” date on the box is less than a month away, so this cereal has been sitting in an Amazon warehouse for nearly a year.It is organic, relatively low sugar, and high in whole grains and fiber, but there isn’t much taste, unless you’re adding your own toppings to the cereal bowl. The flakes do stay crispy in milk.Price was right, much cheaper than supermarket pricing, but overall just too bland, and not as fresh as it should be.
