I am an absolute curry nut, making curries from all around the world I always make my own powders. However, after failing a few times trying to make a decent Jamaican blend, I thought I would try Blue Mountain Country's. And, oh my, what a great decision that was. These are the very best curry powders I have ever tried. What I do is mix their standard powder with their hot powder 50/50. And, after adding a couple of scotch bonnet chilis, it is the perfect level of heat, and (to me) the best flavour. Highly (HIGHLY) recommended.

These are the large size bottles. Like 8 " tall and 2 1/2" wide. Great price, very fresh. I'm very happy they come in medium and hot levels.

It is an authentic concoction of various spices and can be used in curries if you are a fan of curried meats, especially chicken.

Both the mild and hot curry are very good. I use it to flavor a lot of my dishes that go well with these types of spices. I use both at same time! The hot has that spicy kick that I crave in all my dishes :) The size and quality exceeded my expectations. It was packaged well and safely. If you cook with curry spice, I would give this brand a try.

I love this brand. Really good flavor. The spicy is a lot better than the mild. I threw out the mild.
