interesting design that rewards a PUSH slice/Chop but NOT draw slice for Kitchen Utility.
Well designed for it's intended purpose. this works well as filleting/opening the fish. easy to control the horizontal cut as wide blade acts as a guide. The knife is sharp. it handles most of the utility function. it does not do well as cleaving, and because of the blade design, draw slicing vertically does not work well. BUT if you are push slicing/role chopping it works surprisingly well.
