I got this to replace a too-small rack and bins. It's PERFECT! I did some measurements to decide which product to purchase. There is more tham enough room for everything I have, plus some empty shelves to fill with my bags or big hats. It's a plus that this was customizable, with two options in the booklet. It would not be hard to customize further if you wanted to. It came packaged very well, no wasted space or puffy packaging. Everything came spotless, no bent parts. This was a BREEZE to assemble, and it was not difficult to change a shelf mid-way, as the unit slides together on couplings. I changed the height of the middle racks twice before settling, and with no damage or need to take apart the whole thing. Heavy-duty, as advertised. While moving the racks as described above, I moved both sets of clothes to an adjacent rack with no bending or bowing. I would buy from this retailer again should I need more racks or an upgrade.

Loved them! Took about an hour setting up. Its easy. But tiring. Very sturdy once its set. I added wheels to mine. Bought separately. It holds up quite alot.

After the standard pole and shelf in my closet came crashing down I knew I needed a different system to hang my clothing. This unit allows me to hold my massive amount of clothing plus purses with ease, all while helping keep it organized. I put it together myself and it took about an hour. I didn’t find the directions difficult at all. Make sure to put it together inside the closet! (Another reviewer mentioned that and i thought it was a good point to reiterate) It is strapped to the wall (with anchors they provide) and is very sturdy. I’m so happy with my purchase. Looks great and great value for the money.
