Weight Management Dog Food Dry, Shredded Blend Chicken and Rice Formula - 34 lb. Bag

I have two dogs and in 10 years I have them, i never see them once eat their food in one setting or even est it right after the food in their bowl. They devoured all of it. Right after it, I put a little more to see how much they like and they still keep going. So pretty much, this food is top notch! Love the shredded chicken in it too.

My dog loves this food because of the shreds in it. It has helped him to lose a few pounds as a small dog, which is huge! I give him the amount for his goal weight for weight loss, not for his current weight. He’s never had any digestion issues and it very regular with this food.

Great dog food

We have 2 Beagles, a Pug and a Red Tick Coonhound and they love Pro-Plan. We’ve been using Pro-Plan for YEARS!! I believe the food quality is good as are the ingredients. Sometimes I change to turkey & oatmeal, but I’ve used PP for so many years as the dogs skin is great, and their bowels (sorry,) no vomiting, etc….. I like the appearance (bland lol.). And the size is consistent. I will be honest in that the price seems to have gone up quite a bit and with 4 dogs - eeek! But I guess that’s the price of a good quality food. I’m not willing to give my dogs garbage.

My mini golden doodle was getting a little thick, so I thought I'd try this. She normally ate the regular Purina pro plan chicken. She seems to like this just as much. I would guess that there is definitely more fiber in this. I noticed on the first few days that when she needed to have a bm, it was more urgent. That only lasted a couple days. She has lost weight with just one bag. I think she went from 52 to 48lbs. So Pros: she definitely lost weight and likes it, but Cons: She is definitely hungry and begs more when you have food. We just started our second bag, so I will update the review if she continues to lose weight (she still needs to lose around 5 more pounds)

First time my dog uses this brand and he likes it. If all goes well digestible I will order more.

Changed my dogs food for this because I want to see if I can get her to lose some weight. She liked it which is a plus.

This is a great product with top notch quality. My bulldog had gotten a little overweight and has helped him regain his health with this easy to digest food.

This dog food has been excellent at keeping my Labrador's weight consistent. He loves it and the shredded bits are excellent to use as treats, so therefore no need to buy additional treats. Labs can have sensitive stomachs, but this food has worked very well for our dog. As well, he uses it to maintain weight, not to reduce it. I highly recommend it. I love getting it delivered because the bag is very awkward and heavy.

What has happened the last 2 or 3 bags are crawling with bugs when I open the bag..?? Thought it was a fluke but has happened multiple times now... very disappointed in the product my fur babies are supposed to consume.

My furry family enjoys this product and are responding well. My issue here is with the packaging, every month the bag of dog food comes packed in a box but the box is usually 2-4 times bigger than the bag. Makes it very awkward to handle and every single driver has had difficulty as the bag falls to one side of the box. Please be more conscious when packing this item as the large box makes it very difficult and awkward to handle, not to mention taking up excessive space for transport. Sorry forgot the pic. Before unpacking.

I opened the dog food and I the middle was mold, I am fortunate I pour it into a container and my dogs did not eat it since it was in the centre of the bag. I have ordered purina pro plan for the last 6 years.
