A must have for your downline
Having a long, pedigreed background in sales, I was unsure what I would get out of this book, but the reviews piqued my interest, so I ordered it any way.What a fabulous little book! I highly recommend it to everyone as a training tool for your downline. All too often , people start a MLM with high hopes but nothing else. No direction, no plan, no ambition. They have their initial excitement though, and often turn off prospects because they don't know what to say or how to say it. They come from a position of 'me" instead of targeting their message to their audience and sharing what is in it for them.This book gives templates for creating your testimonial and your sales and recruiting scripts. You have to approach MLM as a business, not something you wing every time you meet someone new. I really love how the author encourages people to share not to sell. That, is the hallmark of a successful salesperson!

If I could only have 3 books, this would be 1 of the 3
I wish that I had read this book 10 years ago. If you're considering network marketing, this is an absolute MUST, and it will actually help with ANY type of selling. For decades, marketing has been a passion of mine, but "SELLING" --- yuck! (There's a big difference) Hated it, disliked people who tried to sell anything TO me, just couldn't stand anything about it. After this book, I'm not only prepared to sell, but it'll be pleasure instead of pain! Three books have absolutely changed my life. This is one of them!!

The Queen on MLM!
The queen of objective MLM training and experience, Kim Klaver makes it very clear why hype and fluff won't help the typical network marketer if they don't have the discipline to be consistent and follow time-tested techniques such as Kim exemplifies in her experience. I highly recommend all of Kim's writings and her audio training as well as anything she recommends. She's also a great friend!

Kim Klaver tells her story and the stories of others in a friendly easy-to-understand style, and at the same time she gives practical tips and suggestions for creating a script that will sell.Her no-nonsense approach to the subject is refreshing, since too often these types of books contain chapters and chapters of generalities and very little actual solid help -- this book gives step-by-step instructions, and includes samples of what to say that really work.Her websites are outstanding, too, and the tips she gives are real and helpful. Great book!!

Confusing to Me
An okay book but I find the layout strange. Lots of boxes and different size fonts. The book is based on writing scripts for your marketing and selling and says you can get 100 customers in 100 days. Must work for some just didn't float my boat. The style for me is hard to follow and disjointed. Could be just me.

Excellent!
Kim is a gifted teacher with many years of success in marketing and sheds light on a common challenge: what to say and how to say it. The magic is in actually applying what she teaches us in this book. When we do, people do listen without anticipating a "sales" pitch. It's an excellent sorting tool. With her approach, we find the people, and the people they know, who want to know about what we offer that matters to them in their life. And we get loyal customers to sustain a strong business. Highly recommended!!!

Where has this book been all my life?
I break down books into two general categories. Books that give philosophical information and books that tell you step by step how to do something. This book is the latter. I love her philosophy to MLM and she gives you plenty of info to design your scripts to whatever your product is. This book is a customer approach so if you're just into promoting your opportunity this may not be the book for you. If you're open to new ideas, buy this book as fast as possible.

Learning to do business
I have not finished reading it yet but it has been a revelation and a positive one at that. I would recommend this book to anyone wishing to get involved in network marketing. It is written in an easy to follow style and there are good exercises and it comens from a completely different angle to what most network companies train you to do.
