Carbs without the sweet
Seems fine. Good for loading water when cycling to prevent sweet overload since it's essentially tasteless.

Dissolves okay, tastes awful by itself, very corny flavor but you get what you order.
Very very sticky on your hands. Very clumpy unless you aggressively shake it in a shaker cup with a shaker ball. I add it to my protein cereal sometimes for extra carbs and energy and it's always clumpy and tastes corny but it's not terrible. I probably don't use it the right way tbh. I put 3 scoops in my pre workout and shake it a ton and it mixes great and hardly is noticable taste wise, it does thicken it a bit but I should mention it is also clear/transparent when fully dissolved and shaken, if it is clumpy it will be white. I also had 3 scoops in water once with nothing else and it was the most atrocious thing I've drank in years. I got it all down though but it was a struggle. Good value for money and is easy to use and is effective. Great for taking before or during the gym for a good pump and fuel.

Does the job, I use it to blend up a recovery drink after work outs as well as during or after a long ride
