I bought this for a hiking trip and turned out to be the best thing I ever bought. Had no issues with the hike. Definitely recommend

The sad truth is, most sneakers come with really bad insoles. With a few rare exceptions, I replace all the insoles of my shoes with these. The benefits to comfort are not to be underestimated, especially when walking for hours at a time. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you need to spend a lot of time on your feet, or are going on a trip.

Modest indole for arch support - more for extra cushioning. Might be too much with a cushioned running shoe.

These are great insoles. I was a little nervous they wouldn’t fit in my shoes, I wear 9.5 I went with the 10-11 size and they fit perfectly! These added so much support and cushioning to my running shoes, especially to my heels. They have wonderful arch support and my legs feel great after running. Great quality overall, and have been great for support and will be great for injury prevention.

These are a $5 insole. There is absolutely no arch support whatsoever. They fit true to size and might outlast the basic insole you take out of your shoe and that’s the only positive things I can say about this $50 insert.

Light on your feet

There is no way of knowing if they work as they are too long and would not fit in my shoes.

These insoles fit perfectly in my running shoes and feel great from the first run. They’re nicely padded and cushioned, squishy but not too soft, so they still feel supportive. A great option if you want extra support without changing your shoes.

I'd seen these advertised before and having suffered discomfort from running I thought I'd try them. There is no doubt in my mind that they do make a difference although it's purely down to your own individual build and running ability about how much. It did reduce some of the discomfort from lower inner calf I got after running but it did for about 6 weeks give me a pain in a different part of my calf as the impact of the load was going through my foot/leg differently. I stuck with them and with sensible transition it eased. So overall I'm positive about them but know full well if you have a niggle or injury these won't fix it but if the issue is just load of training them these will help in my opinion. I put these in my Brooks Adrenalines from new as I know this shoe works for me. Easily fitted after taking out insoles.

These Enertor insoles really help. I over pronate and wear stability trainers when road running. It's hard to find trail running trainings with the support that I feel I need and I found that I was getting injuries and niggles from trail running. I tried 3 different pairs of trail trainers and the injuries or niggles to my arches and ankles would nearly always occur. I believe that my episode of plantar fasciitis was caused by my running in trail running trainers that just did not offer the support I needed. Looking for a solution I decided to try insoles. I tried another, cheaper brand before these but they felt hard and uncomfortable. Then I saw these.Not the cheapest of solutions but they would be worth it if they helped to prevent the issues I was having. And oh yes they have worked! I have run in all three pairs of my trail running trainers with these insoles in multiple times now and I have not had an injury or niggle from a trail run since.Not one!!! For me they have solved my problems overnight. If your are having injuries or niggles from running and you think you may need extra support or protection these may be a solution. I will not ever run a trail run again without them.
